Really enjoyed our stay!

This was our 5th stay in this unit. It's perfect for 2, always immaculately clean. Such a perfect location. There have been some updates that we were very pleased to find. Little things like hooks to hang wet beach towels on out on the balcony. Complimentary beach towels and a body board. A box fan. The mattress was fantastic, we slept so well! We love this area and will be returning to this unit as long as the owner is renting.

The condo was clean and well stocked, however, it is listed as a one bedroom but more like a studio. It was small and the bunk beds were right by the door coming in, so it was really loud. Parking is horrible since there is no designated parking for people staying on site.

Appreciated that we received a text from the host every morning and evening checking on things. Checking in and out was a breeze. Would come back again!

We enjoyed everything in Gulf Place . Not our first time in Gulf Place, but our first time in this Condo. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Because the weather was a bit cool, we spent some time streaming TV. The TV picture appeared to be distorted. We alerted mgmt. and they immediately brought over and installed a brand new (and larger) TV. This was above and beyond our expectations.

Stay went well, and location was great. We were pleasantly surprised that the community pools have a hot tub! Only issue was the management company. They make you sign a contract after booking. I emailed asking for clarification on the terms, but received no response. Not a good start... During our stay the WiFi was intermittently working, and TV had lines through it. We ended up watching movies using iPad and mobile hotspot. Not an issue, but the way the management company dealt this was disappointing. They were texting me to troubleshoot steps. At one point I'm thinking Guys... I'm on vacation - I'm not troubleshooting your WiFi issues.I will definitely be coming back to the area, but if a reservation is managed by modern beach vacation rentals I will not be booking it.

Great actability to the beach and shops. Missing kitchen necessities like spatula and potholders. Mold on bathroom wall.

One pool closed on arrival. Socks found under bed on arrival. Vape left on floor. Poor lighting throughout unit.Beach towels provided was helpful. Unable to reach fan controls over bed.

We had a great time and loved our condo. We loved the multiple beach accesses just across the street. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

Great visit and location. Would absolutely go back!

Perfect place. Especially for a couple or a couple and small kiddo. Close to restaurants and beach and pools.

Check in was easy, house was clean, this was a great spot for a short stay for my son and I! The private beach access was a definite plus, we got a great spot by the water every day we were there! Just a short walk from the beach too! Communication with the host was easy breezy!

Perfect location near the beach and lots of amenities.

The suite itself was very nice and comfortable, nice furnishings, the only issue was with the cleaning process, the toilet sits on a pad of some sort and it is torn and nasty. The shower had some mildew or mold around the base of the wall. Beach access is really easy. All in all I would stay here again. Just needs a little attention. Thanks
