Great condo.. just need better cleaning crew.the bathrooms floors were sticky, the dinning room seat covers really dirty, kitchen garbage can was really nasty .. Over all great condo.

Host was great! Thought the furniture was worn and needed replaced. Location was really nice.

We found the location to be excellent. The problem we found was the furniture needs to be updated in the living room along with the carpet being dirty. The entrance had what looked like flour all over. The pool, beach, and location worked well. I would stay here again if you have something a bit more updated.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The condo was spacious and offered plenty of space for our family. We loved the balcony space and quick access to the pools and beach. Being able to walk across the street to a variety of stores was great. My only feedback was that the unit, itself, could be cleaned a little more thoroughly between stays as it relates to vacuuming and floor wipe downs. With that said, our sheets, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen were well cleaned and I appreciated all of the kitchen supplies that were stocked.

We always enjoy this complex and this unit was in a great location and very comfortable. We plan to return to this unit again in the future.

The condo was ready and beautifully decorated when we reached our destination. We had the most wonderful time! The views from the condo were gorgeous!! The owners were very easy to work with and wanted to make sure we had the perfect stay! We will definitely rent this condo again!!!!???

The condo is right on the beach! Walmart directly across the street making errands quick and easy. Thrilled with location. A few housekeeping issues but none that would keep us from returning !

Great vacation had on Orange Beach while staying at Seachase 305C. Beach was excellent with location close to everything. Condo was spacious and perfect size for the six people in our group. Patio view was excellent. If you prefer to cook a few meals then bring cooking supplies, spices, paper products, oil, etc. Grab a few towels also to make it easier. We would definitely stay here again!

Could be cleaner. Sliding patio door was very hard to open and there were broken tiles on the balcony. A little noise as it’s right above the kiddie pool, but if that doesn’t bother you wouldn’t be an issue, aka just Not a very relaxing balcony.

Great place to stay. Prickett properties was awesome. Our coffee maker broke and they sent us a new one. The bath tub was backing up and they sent two guys to fix. Awesome group.

So I was not exactly pleased with this condo. I feel like I was misled because the lady I spoke to when I rented this place told me the pictures were new on the internet and obviously that was not the case. Also was told the people that owned it were very particular and lived there during the winter. The furniture, and carpets were very stained and the refrigerator did not match the fridge in the picture and it was all off balance. Cushions were missing outside and just not what I had expected. We had to call several times but I will say they did come fix the tv situation.

Our condo was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Our communication with property owners was excellent. The only challenge with this unit is a 45 gallon water tank that doesn’t allow for great hot water exchange if more than 2-3 people stay here. Our group likes to shower after a fun day at the beach but we struggled to all get hot water to clean up for dinner each day. There were only 3 of us. We made it work but it would be a challenge for more occupants.

Great location and cute decor. Liked the ease and generally rate this well. I would note this property may be rented frequently so perhaps some of the outdoor furniture is a worn and needs replacement. Also noticed that while the property is generally up to date- some of the vents in bathrooms could be upgraded. They’re currently taped to the ceiling. Otherwise, nice furniture, upgrades, and cleanliness to what would have otherwise been dated condo.

Very roomy for family vacation before the start of school. Corner unit with extended balcony and ice machine were an added bonus! Unit is above the pool which made for pretty views, but it was also quiet. Family room rug and coffee table could use a deep clean, but we stayed at the end of summer/peak season, so that could be why.

The condo was very nice and clean. It was well stocked in the kitchen. We loved the location. Wal Mart is walking distance across the street. We did not have to wait for an elevator. The only down fall to the condo is the outside furniture. It has a couch and two chairs. The couch did not have the cushions. My suggestion would be to get a table and chairs that can't blow away in the wind.
