We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. The accessibility to the beach from the condo was perfect. The instructions to access the building and the beach were very clear and the communication with the host was excellent. She was very quick to respond and handled all questions right away. We loved our time spent at Cocoa Beach!

My first time doing a BnB, so of course I was nervous about everything. The condo is smaller but felt large and roomy. The Hostess is absolutely amazing and wonderful, I can’t stress that enough, she was amazing!!! The view is stunning and the amenities are amazing. I’m already planning to stay a week in 2026. There are activities all around you, you don’t even need to drive anywhere. I highly rate this place if you just want a relaxing quiet place to open the doors and listen to the waves crashing. The outdoor balcony is a great view and my friend got to watch their first rocket launch and it was an amazing view. All around amazing, clean, beautiful view condo. The hostess answered my questions(I had a lot) lol, she even stayed on the phone until I got comfortable with everything. I honestly can’t say enough WONDERFUL things about my experience here. Thank you for my stress free stay!!

Very nice rental with a great view

This property is amazing! The host is extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The condo was larger than we thought which was great. It had a good vibe and was tastefully decorated. The location seemed to be in a safe area where you could find almost everything you need within walking distance. Comfortable bed and very clean. What was the best thing about this place? The million dollar view of the ocean right from your patio. We even experienced a rocket being launched in the night sky. We highly recommend this beachfront spot.

Very Nice place to stay & enjoy Florida Beaches!

This place was awesome! We did a family trip with our two young kids and grandparents before we went to Disney. Everything was within walking distance - beach, restaurants, pool was all great! Probably one of our best trips down to Florida. We will definitely be going back and staying at the same place!

I had trouble with the “common key” to get into the building. But the property manager/owner was able to let me in remotely, even at 11:30pm. I would have felt bad if I would have been out later!

Locking mechanism on door wasn’t working properly on check in and wasn’t able to access. Elevator to building was out of service

Great location overlooking the beach

It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.

This is our 2nd year staying in 303 and love it! The condo is immaculate, warm and homey! It is our happy place when we are there. Great location, close to everything!Thank you!

The property was very nice, but I didn't realize it was right next door to a bar, which was very loud with the music and lots of screaming. It eventually settled down but several people were jumping over the fence onto the condo grounds, which didn't make me feel secure. Our flight ended up being very late, so it was dark when we got there. We had to carry luggage up steps to get inside. Once inside, there was an elevator. We used Uber to get there, so we didn't get into garage where there was an elevator, so send one person to open garage door. Overall, it was nice, but I think, personally, I would avoid for longer stay because of the noise from bar.

My husband and I had a very relaxing time at Lihua's place. View was phenomenal and the location was great. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean.

The property is good and our host communicated with us well but looked more run down then the pictures and pool was CLOSED for renovations and we were not told prior to arriving so it was a shock as we come from MI to use the pool but beach access was good and felt safe and the key to get in was good

We had a perfect 3 night stay in this apartment. The rooms were spacious and clean and the views were amazing. The location is great for the beach and restaurants. Check in was easy and contact with the owner was efficient.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and both were great experiences. The place is really nice and the area is far enough away from the main drag to be very relaxing.

We loved the location! The condo is simple and all that is needed for a short stay. It was difficult with small children if flying in as we either had to bring playpens or rent, but the host refused to help the person we were renting from get in for delivery, even just to drop stuff in front of the condo off the street. Also not much in the way of basics - no simple soap or basic spices or coffee for the coffee maker, just some k-cups. It is also stated that she “provides a couple rolls of toilet paper to start the stay.” We went through almost all she provided Thursday-Monday with two adults and one child not in diapers. It was not much. Most rentals just provide toilet paper.

We all enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive, the views were great and we loved being right on the beach for a late afternoon swim. We were able to see one of the Space X launches from the balcony, although that did take getting up at 1:30am. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely condo unit with great beach views and access. Kitchen is a little dated and bathroom vanities but living/dining areas are very nice. Lovely flooring throughout and really nice balcony. Access to beach and garage parking definitely a plus!

Great place to stay and host was a good communicator. Lovely beach decor and large balcony. Has had some leaks in ceiling but none during our stay even with tropical storm warning and nearby hurricane. Fantastic views. Loved Coconut bar and restaurant around the corner.We would definitely stay again

Wonderful beach week

We loved the beach. Its just perfect. My sons would go down ahead of us and the lifeguard is right there. Condo is walking distance to bars and restaurants, a couple miles from Publix. Good size 2BR condo. Access to the car in the parking garage was nice bc the car wasnt blazing hot from sitting outside. The pool is behind the building, we used it several times as well.
