The open living room offers plush, comfortable couches and a sleeper sofa with a large, wall mounted flat screen T.V. A fully appointed kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining table offers seating for 4. A patio with four outdoor chairs and table allows you to soak in the sea breeze and sits right off the pool deck (Super convenient for storing bikes and watching the kiddos!). A king sized bed in the bedroom holds a personal wall mounted flat screen T.V., while a separate open bunk room holds two custom, built-in bunk beds.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Cabana 111 at Gulf Place on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Cabana 111. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

    The place was okay but there was zero wifi. The network in the instructions wouldn't even come up. Owners need to be aware and keep their equipment up to date or do not advertise there is wifi.

    The apartment is beautiful and clean. We had a great time. A bit of extra info that I wish I knew in advance:- Bunk beds are in a hallway, not in a separate room. My boys loved them anyway.- The place is in a great spot, it is a corner, first floor, just a few steps from the pool and across the street from the beach private entrance. There are very nice places around for coffee, quick bite, or dinner.- Laundry room is shared with other apartments, there are 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines. Most of the time I was able to use them but they were somewhat busy. - There's everything you need for cooking (pans, crockpot, air-fryer, blender). - There's coffee but nothing else, not even salt.My only problem with this place was the communication with the property management. - We were given an expired code for the pool and beach gates. I called, I used the vrbo chat, I texted asking for the right code and we never got a response. The next day of our arrival another guest from the property gave us the right code but it was not a nice experience and definitely not the service we were paying for. - Same thing happened with the laundry room code. - We got an amazon delivery to the apartment mailbox. In their instructions it says to contact them when that happens, we did but no response. Amazon refunded us after explaining the situation. I am glad we didn't have any bigger issue!So, if you don't need anything at all from property management, the place is great!

    My son and I stayed 3 nights as part of our little trip across the coast. This place was great, we walked to dinner 2 nights, had super easy beach access, and cooked in one evening. WeOnly used our car to get fish from goatfeathers fish market. The condo was well stocked and clean, which are my priorities. Only thing I didn’t realize beforehand was there is no washer and dryer in the unit. It wasn’t a huge deal because there is a laundry room by the pool and elevator with 2 free washers and dryers.

    We arrived to the condo and immediately noticed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The back door looks like they had tried to repair it and when we went to open and close it it was extremely hard to close and the door frame tries to separate from the window. Then caulk was still sticky, we had to mess with the back door just to get it to where it was able to lock due to this. There was a container full of pills that was left in the main bedroom. There was a broken vase next to it. The bottom drawer that all of this is sitting on doesn’t operate as it should. The shower head is absolutely disgusting. Along with hair and grime found throughout the condo. The closet door doesn’t function properly. The surfaces don’t look like they have been cleaned. There was absolutely no toilet paper in the condo. We contacted the rental company and they said that they would send cleaners and maintenance by the end of the day to fix and address the issues. So we packed our things back up and walked around for a couple of hours in high hopes that we would come back to a cleaned condo and everything functioning properly. We made it back to the condo about 9pm and no one had came and cleaned or fixed anything. Due to this we had to go to walmart and buy sheets, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies just so that we could comfortably stay. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of help and cleanliness that we received from the rental company. Especially after they had assured us that so

    Dirty Dirty. NO WIFI for two days!!!!!! I will attach photos on the google page of this property managment. And make ref to the Gulf apartment 111. No one called to apologize, offer a t least a day refund or incentives with umbrella and chairs at least!!!!!!!. Apartment was ready at 1 asked if we could access early and came up with the excuse of been back to back reserved, or that maybe inspection was on the way...Oh my that guy never came. I had to send a couple of things for work and that did not happen either. Network never appeared and passcode didnt work. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, upholstery chairs stained, bathtub would not drained first night ( only thing they fixed quick) still tub had stains. Overall CERO on cleaness.
