3-story Condo in the Heart of Breckenridge! Family Friendly!

Home was very nice and what we expected also being close to many attractions, since this was our Atv trip the only draw back was the price of trailer parking as it was 45/night/trailer.

This is a great place for families. Kids enjoyed their stay. Home is well stocked. Great location walking distance for Main Street and grocery store. Has a beautiful view of mountains and near by walking trails. I highly recommend this place.

This place is huge, so much room for a ski condo.

Megan was super responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, answering any questions that came up, and even bringing a brand new tea kettle when my family requested one. The location is great and everyone loved the pool/hot tub. The place has all the baby things you need and you can easily fit the pack and play in the walk in closet or en-suite bathroom, in case you're wondering. One thing worth noting, if you have a light sleeping toddler, is that sound travels quite a bit up and down the stairs. Overall, definitely recommend this place for Breck!

This was great for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 5th-graders. To start with you can literally back up to the front door to unload! We really liked the layout of this 3 story unit...nice big entry to drop your boots/jackets/skis (ski rack right inside the front door, plus many hooks for coats in the entry hallway), on the main level there's plenty room for everyone to relax/cook/eat plus a laundry room & bathroom, bedrooms are on 2nd & 3rd floors and are very spaced out so you're not sharing walls and keeping others awake if people go to bed at different times. I didn't go to the pool/hot tubs, others said it was small but still nice to have. There is a view of the mountains from 2 of the bedrooms, that was so lovely to wake up to! We had a breaker get tripped & couldn't find the box, but owner answered when I called & helped get it resolved immediately. Only complaint was 2 adults & 1 teen came away with neckaches from the pillows, which is a big deal when you pay a lot of money to travel and you have things you have to do during the day, sleep & feeling well are so important! Some kitchen items need updating, cheese grater was a broken piece of a grater that was precarious to use and we needed it twice. But I would 100% stay here again and bring my own pillow next time! Still giving 5 stars for layout, cleanliness, updated bathrooms, & comfortable living area!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was a modern and beautifully decorated stay that was enjoyable for our family group from grandma to pre-teens. We had some skiers and some shoppers in our group and so it was nice to stay in a well-appointed condo in a great location for skiing peak 8 and 9 and walking around the town and checking out the great restaurants. We would recommend it and love to return again. Love that there were 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep for our family.

We loved gathering with our family this fall in Breckinridge. The location was perfect! It was a large condo with plenty of room for everyone. The host was quick with answering questions. The unit was very clean and well organized. We would highly recommend.

Property was amazing. Very, very clean. Great location. Everything wanted/needed in close proximity. Spacious. More than enough parking. Hot tub/pool great. Would 100% recommend this property and would book for a return trip. Made out family vacation worth the 12+ hrs drives.

My extended family has been staying at various units at the Claimjumper complex for 20 years and this is one of the nicest units we’ve rented. We had one issue with the internet being down.and the owner took care of it right away. Highly recommend this owner and this complex which is in a great location and is a great value.

We enjoyed a family get together at Claimjumper 4. The location is convenient for skiing at the mountain or catching the bus for other activities. The unit is well stocked with kitchen needs for cooking. The unit was clean and comfortable for our group which included young children to adults. Megan was great with answering questions and responding to our needs. I would highly recommend this unit for your next vacation.
