We love this place so much that we use it ourselves, and we always feel a twinge of sadness when it’s time to leave. You’ll understand why from the moment you arrive:

- Upscale Comforts: Plush furnishings, living room, dining room, and den, along with spa-inspired bathrooms with a washlet toilet (primary bath) and 50-gallon water heater, smart-home features including TVs and your private in-unit LG stack washer/dryer, ensure your stay is both indulgent and effortless.
- Thoughtful Touches: We’ve stocked the kitchen with top-tier cookware, chef-inspired spices, curated local art on the walls, and provided fluffy towels and linens to make you feel right at home.

Starting January 5, 2026, the building will be under construction / painting. There will be noise, dust and construction equipment during this time. Parking may be in different spaces due to construction. Our unit on the eighth floor is where they will start with the front balcony. We are stacks 3 & 4 for the back balcony. They will be starting first with stacks 1 & 2 at our end and stacks 16 & 17 at the end of the other building and will continue towards the pool area. Updates will be provided as we are made aware of the progression. Total construction is estimated at 297 days

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM / CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM.
PARKING: One Covered Designated Parking Space. Additional Parking Passes Available Upon Request for Visitor Parking on a first come, first-serve basis (pass must be visible on vehicle). The HOA currently prohibits trailers and RVs.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: Six
FREE high speed Wi-Fi internet access and streaming.
RENTAL PREFERENCE: two weeks. In season (January to March) monthly rentals.
POOL, TENNIS, and PICKLEBALL HOURS: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
GYM HOURS: 5:30 AM – 10:00 PM
OWNER- PROVIDED entry codes and fob.
HVAC SYSTEM: A/C tech recommended temperature 72 degrees or higher for proper maintenance.
PET POLICY: NO PETS per HOA Rules and Regulations
SMOKING: NO SMOKING allowed.
ACCESSIBILITY: two elevators. North elevator is closest to the unit.
RENTER: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
AMENITIES: Starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, trash bags, shampoo, and bath wash).
CITY REGULATIONS /NOISE: Please respect quiet hours as posted.
BAY SHORE YACHT and TENNIS CLUB: Conveniently located near both the St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport.
SUNCOAST BEACH TROLLEY: Free rides to St. Pete Beach and Downtown Clearwater along the Gulf Blvd with a stop at the condominium’s entrance.

    The place was spacious, cleanly, and well stocked with all the updated necessities. Well maintained resort with pool, hot tub, grills, and sun deck. Great location with short walk to the beach! The host was very responsive to all our questions since this was our first time staying in the area. We hope to be back!
