3 Mi to Dtwn: Inviting Branson Condo w/ Balcony

This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

My family and I have stayed at various Eagle Bunker rental units for years now, and the experience is always first-rate. The location is close enough to activities and family to be convenient, but far enough away from the craziness in town to be relaxing.

Clean room. Host responded quickly. Balcony had a nice view. Loved the elevator. Kitchen had what we needed.

Appreciated the cleanliness and convenient location of this condo. Communication with the property manager was excellent and timely and we had no issues. Was great for our couples getaway.

It was a very nice place to stay. Only down fall was when at the pool the bathrooms by the pool were closed. We also had issues with the ice machine on the frig.

Condo was very nice! Clean and well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and then some! We didn’t do much cooking but really liked having the large kitchen!

The property is quiet and in a great location. For the first 3 days we did not have a key to access the swimming pool, which is what our family loves to do on vacation. The property contact would not return phone calls or emails. After the 3rd day we were finally able to reach someone to get a key to utilize the swimming pool. Great place to stay, but very poor communication from the property management. I would love to stay here in the future, but it makes me nervous that we might not have access to the pool again. We missed out on 3 days of swimming with our kids.

The condo was great - no complaints here! The complex is tucked away in the trees and much quieter than most places in Branson (especially those along the strip). It’s also very close to the Rec Plex - which was handy for killing time between tournament games. The room itself was clean, quiet, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was fine and a good value. We liked the location. We did not cook aside from making coffee and reheating restaurant leftovers. The pool wasn’t open yet so we did not try it.

The accommodations were very nice. The only negative I had was that the main road has a lot of quarry truck traffic in the mornings and there is a hill that causes them to make a lot of noise if you are trying to sleep past @ 7 AM.

We stayed here this past weekend and it was an absolute joy. Although the contact given to us for the property never responded to any messages they weren’t super important so that was okay. I loved that the property was super close to Aldi and Walmart so that was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had a great location. The condo is really nice and roomy. The only complaint we had was that there were dirty coffee cups in the cabinet. We washed the cups and went about out day. My family would definitely stay here again.

This condo is located in a great location. There is quick access to Branson Landing and other major retail. It is elegantly furnished and clean. You can't go wrong with this one!

Clean, Quite, close to all attractions

We rented this cozy place to get a start on our business plans. My sister and I have had our own Virtual Assistant businesses since 2020, but decided to join forces to grow exponentially together! We worked all weekend and this place did not disappoint. There were plenty of spaces to work, with outlets near us and very comfortable seating so we weren’t hurting or hunching over the entire time. The balcony view was beautiful especially when the sun goes down. The location itself feels very secluded however you’re next to so many things to still be in the mix if you need to be. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. There was a fan in the master closet which was amazing! They thought of all the extra little things that people might need, yet forget to bring along. I’m happy we picked this place for our business trip and we will definitely book it again as we were very productive! We ended our busy weekend with some shopping which was within minutes of us! Thank you for taking such good care of this place! It’s a hidden gem for sure! The host was great as well!

Enjoyed the stay. It was just about 3 minutes for the softball complex. Would stay again nice and clean. Had everything you would need. Needed to fix towel racks.

This property was great for the purpose of this trip. We ride a lot and have never rode in the Ozarks. The Branson area allowed us to be close to a lot of awesome riding. The property manager “boots on the ground” was awesome. We had an issue with the AC on arrival the property manager was on point and very attentive to the issue and

we really enjoyed the stay. Convenient to stores and the attractions at Branson yet quiet and remoter for relaxing.

It was a nice little place to stay.
