Note there is a rear unit with its own separate entry & outdoor patio. Maximum occupancy 4 (2 adults max).

This professionally designed home is filled with beach charm & natural light. As you enter the home you'll be greeted by the main living area surrounded by windows. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    The host was fine. The place was nice, the unloading in front of the apartment was not good. Couldn’t get our stuff through the gate because a car was parked in front of the gate. Everything had to be put over the wall. Our bikes could not go through the gate. If we were able to use the gates on the side of the house we would have been able to bring our bikes in front of the apartment. Someone stole stuff off our bikes, they had to be in the back where the car was parked. If I had known when I booked that place about the unloading in the front, not brining able to get through gate I would not of stayed there. Not being allow to use that side gates was really a very inconvenience.

    The property location was perfect ... 50 steps to Mission Bay and a one-minute walk to the Ocean.The property is tired looking and sorely in need of a deep cleaning ... the floors and base boards are dirty. A paint job would go a long way towards freshening up the property!

    Our stay at this Mission Beach rental was spectacular! The location, just steps from the sand and boardwalk, was unbeatable. The rental itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming. We loved the comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, and especially the private patio for enjoying ocean breezes and sunsets. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The thoughtful amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. Being so close to Mission Beach attractions like Belmont Park, restaurants, and shops was a huge plus, yet the rental felt like a peaceful oasis. Communication with property management was excellent – clear, prompt, and helpful. We highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable San Diego beach experience. Five stars!

    This location is perfect and has direct access to the beach and Bay. The rental was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. I absolutely would recommend this place and I would book this rental again. I really enjoyed the patio.

    We did spring break here with the family. It's a 500sqft house with a pullout couch if you need. The location is nice. It's on the bay side so if you just want to go for a walk and the beach is a small walk across the street go west. Parking is in the back you just have to look for the turn going north.

    This is a great little place in a very convenient location, just steps from the bay or the ocean! It was well appointed, everything was in good condition, and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the courtyard area with the fire pit. Great place to spend your mornings and evenings. We would stay here again

    The property was an excellent choice for our week long stay. While it's compact, we found the kitchen functional, the bed comfy, the bathroom more than adequate and the living area adequate, although we needed to move a couple chairs from the patio. The patio was a highlight for us and we sat by the fire pit every night and used a BBQ a couple times. Both are propane and the managers stored additional full tanks for our use (and we took advantage!) The BBQ may look dated, but it was the cleanest I've ever encountered and was excellent for both grilling and roasting. The fire pit put out enough heat on medium setting to quell the night's chill. The location is less than 100 yards from both the bay and the ocean and we walked more than 5 miles a day on the dedicated pathways.

    We spent a very pleasant four days at the property, which was clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t do any cooking, we were impressed with the well-equipped kitchen and clean, fresh bedding and towels. Beach chairs could probably use an upgrade, but we were glad to have them for our use. The front patio is a perfect spot to hang out, and of course we appreciated the dedicated parking, as the street parking in the area is hard to come by. Location is wonderful and perfect for walking, both on the oceanfront boardwalk and the bayside path. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a small grocery store within easy walking distance as well. Our only glitch was a smoke alarm that chirped in the middle of our first night; when I called the after-hours number, I got a response to the issue right away and was able to resolve it. The property manager came by the next morning to change the battery and was very pleasant and helpful, especially considering I had woken her up! We woyld stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to get the chance soon!

    Couch should be replaced, very uncomfortable. No dresser made it inconvenient, lack of storage space, didn’t enjoy living out of our suitcases.
