3 BR/3 BA Edgewater Beachfront Condo With Amazing Views!

Our stay was ok but the condo was no frills. We expected to find out why we got a good deal on such a big condo, and we did. Nothing was significantly broken.The beach view was awesome and we loved the big balcony! We visit Edgewater regularly since it is usually more reserved. But the vrbo pictures are a bit misleading regarding the condo overall upkeep. It seems like housekeeping does the minimum since I had to clean the scum out of my bathtub before use and the floors were sandy when we arrived. Hopefully they will update/maintenance the MANY little items that need addressed and install some dimmer switches in the kitchen so those lights don't blind everyone at night. The washing machine smelled awful and I didn't want to use it. Sinks that drain would be nice along with more hot water. Black out or light restricting bedroom curtains are needed.We would consider renting again, but would bring washing machine cleaner, soap for all sinks, small drain snake, and all purpose cleaner. We give it a 3.7/ 5 rating. Overall we had a nice trip but we prefer to be a bit more pampered than the house we already live in.

We love this place

We LOVED this condo! It’s spacious, clean, the view is incredible. Meredith, our host, was phenomenal! It just doesn’t get better than this. We never had to wait on the elevator (and we were here during July 4th week). The beach access was great. The parking is better than anywhere we have ever stayed. I could go on and on. We will try and book this condo every year when we go. I don’t think there is any other that could compare!

Great location wonderful area very relaxing and comfortable balcony is huge would recommend it greatly very clean very accommodating owner is great. No problem to get ahold of her she is spectacular. I recommend this

The condo was very big and very comfortable. The wrap around balcony was the best! It is in the best location for getting in and out during peak season times! Eating and shopping was convenient. And, complex had so much to offer! We enjoyed it all.

Condo was great...views were great..we all had a room and bathroom each...3 sisters and spouses!..plenty of room and good times!

Enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Resort. Meredith, our go to girl for the condo, was Amazing. The views from the condo were awesome. Highly recommend. Beach is basically down the elevator and to the right. :)

I found this place due to a last minute cancellation. Decided to drag my entire family to the beach. Imagine a mother in law griping about everything and then imagine it going in one ear and out the other because the condo was so relaxing. Pools were great. Beach access points were great. Space was great. The only complaint I have is not staying longer. Meridith was a great host and very responsive to messages.

This condominium is very spacious and luxury moderate everything is up to date it's very comfortable beds. Very comfortable home away from home I definitely recommend this condominium the owner is easy to contact. You cannot go wrong with this condominium

We loved our stay at Meredith’s condo! It had plenty of room for our family, and we loved being on the third floor. Furnishings we’re comfortable both inside and on the balcony.
