Overall it was fantastic, especially the deck off the living area. Comfortable beds and a washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen. The only cons were the noisy fan and lack of light in the queen bedroom, and the sliding doors to the master were needing an upgrade.We really enjoyed our stay, and will be back!

The location was great! But we were disappointed with the distribution of the AC, the west side bedrooms were very warm. The AC didn’t seem to stay as cool as the thermostat setting.There was a live cockroach in the guest bathroom. The condo could use some repairs, some of the baseboards in the living room, looked rotted and there were some scrapes on the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, cooking pots, and utensils.

My family and I enjoyed our time in this lovely condo so much that in the future we would like to return. With its many amenities, it was the perfect place to stay. The beach was an easy walk from the condo, and we spent a lot of time there. I very much appreciated Becky's prompt responses to my questions and the Check-in-Out information was very helpful as it clearly let us know all that we needed to have a successful visit.

We stayed at this property over the July 4th holiday and picked it primarily for the location and beach access, as we wanted to be near friends who were staying in another unit owned by the same couple. While the location was great and the check-in process was simple, the overall experience didn’t match our expectations for the price.The unit felt dated, and the furniture wasn’t as comfortable or well-kept as I’d hoped. The master bedroom had bifold doors, which offered little to no privacy. The air conditioner struggled during the day (we couldn’t get it below 75), though it worked better at night. Parking was extremely difficult on July 4th, and we had to improvise a spot, but on other days we were able to park without much issue. Plenty of towels available in the unit and beach items/towels too. Place was clean.One frustration was running out of toilet paper—only two rolls were provided per bathroom. When we reached out, the owner made it seem like we should buy our own, even though our friends in the owner’s other unit had toilet paper brought to them. That difference in treatment felt disappointing, plus their unit was upgraded with leather furniture and an updated kitchen.Checkout instructions were non-existent so we took out the trash and tried to put towels in one area, started the dishwasher, and put away used dishes. We had a great day at the beach and enjoyed being with friends, but for what we paid, I expected a higher level of comfort and service.

Great stay by the beach - had everything we needed for a perfect beach trip

Weather didnt cooperate but we enjoyed exploring SPI. Property manager was very responsive. Unit needs updating. Great view of gulf. Needed rental car each day. Plenty of space…essentials included

We enjoyed everything about this condo! The view from the balcony was amazing and it was only steps from the beach! We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute of our stay! We would definitely book again! Becky is very quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Our beach vacation was perfect. The condo had all the room we needed. The extras were great. Pots and pans, coffee maker. Elevator was great to get down to the beach. We were able to see some of the fireworks from the master bedroom and the outside balcony. Family is looking forward to our next beach vacation.

I love how much this place is secured. Upon entering the place I wasnt expecting it to be so big. It was perfect for my family of 8. We had such a blast. And the pools were so clean and the view from the beach was spectacular. I love that they have showers at the bottom to clean off all the sand before entering the building. It makes things much more easy. Definitely will be booking again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
