Everything you need for a perfect beach day is included and conveniently stored in the garage: beach cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella. We ask that all guests rinse off and return items after each use.

Guests have access to the entire unit including the private garage. There’s also an outdoor shower that is designated for our unit available for guests.

Guests can message on Airbnb and we will respond within a few hours.

Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parent/legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading information is prohibited and subject to eviction without reimbursement.

Additional Notes: Strictly no parties, events, or prom/senior week rentals. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate stays for rule violations or illegal conduct. All guests should sign a listing agreement prior to their arrival.

Initial Deposit Due: 50% of reservation due upon the day of Booking
Payment Terms: 50% of reservation due upon booking. Remainder 50% due 30 days prior to check in date. Book within a 30 day window, full payment is due upon booking.
