Stayed Oct 22, 2019The townhouse is very new and very clean. All of the rooms are nicely done, the beds are super comfortable and the sheets and towels are very soft. The townhouse has everything you need for a great vacation including a fully furnished kitchen (with some started coffee), Netflix, and a washer and dryer. The location is prefect for visiting Asheville and the Smokey Mountains.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025The house was adequate for what we needed and conveniently located. Bedrooms were clean and plenty of towels. But parking is extremely limited (1 car only) and kitchen utensils are sparse (only 3 forks total).

Stayed Mar 9, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this property. Ample room for up to 6. Great amenities in the house. Parking in the neighborhood is tight so take that into consideration if you have more than 1 or 2 cars. Great communication from the owner, check in and check out processes were easy.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023Overall it’s a nice property. The kitchen counters and the bathroom floors could have been cleaned. Only enough hot water for 2 1/2 showers in am. Property owner did try to get that fixed but holiday prevented.

Stayed Sep 6, 2021This townhome was gorgeous; very clean, felt very safe. It's only about 10 mins from Asheville and a very easy drive back & forth. Very good amenities; mattresses were extremely comfortable. Sound machines in each room was definitely a plus. The only thing we had a concern with is that the frying pans weren't very good at all. Couldn't fix eggs without them sticking terribly. Our suggestion would be to replace both of them, as most folks who rent a home with a kitchen actually do fix some meals there. Other than that, we were very happy.
