3 Bedroom/2 Bath Beachside Condo

Great Stay!

Nice 3br condo with a view! Seating for 3 and a table on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful Gulf views, comfortable beds, plenty of seating for our family of 4, beach access right across the street, and the beach is clean and uncrowded! Centrally located unit by the pool (on the 3rd floor.) Some kitchen cooking essentials were sparse, so if you plan to cook a lot, that's something to be aware of. Also, the ice maker/water in the fridge doesn't work. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and found this home to be a good value and plenty spacious for our needs!

Spacious family home with an open kitchen and living area that fit our family perfectly! The covered parking area was very convenient and made it nice to be out of the hot sun and steps to the elevator. The Beach Restoration is pristine! We will definitely stay again!

My wife and two teenage girls stayed here for one week in July. The condo was great, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have about the condo is the ice maker on the refrigerator was not functioning and there is no door for the master bathroom. Complex is located across the street from the beach but it is a very short walk. I just left the beach supplies in the vehicle and pulled it out in the morning and put it back in the evening rather than carrying it up to the room. The balcony has a view of the ocean and I would definitely stay here again !

The condo is nice, clean, well maintained, and well decorated. It is directly across the street from the beach with and nice balcony view. It says it sleeps 7 people, but only has 3 beds and the couch isn’t a pullout. The two bedrooms with queen beds are super small. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

We had not been to the Gulf in decades. We really enjoyed our time at Mexico Beach and our stay at The Club. The condo was clean, well stocked, and spacious enough for our whole family! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the view and the pool. While the walkway to beach was right across the street, getting 3 little ones five and under with their pregnant mom could sometimes be a little difficult. Would stay again if just my husband and myself!

We had the best time visiting Mexico Beach for the first time. It was also my son's first time at the beach! He is 7 months old and the place was great for our family. We all had plenty of space, it was very clean and well maintained, and was equipped with all the necessities. Having the free parking and the pool (with bathrooms right there) were icing on the cake. The beach is literally right across the road, has a boardwalk leading you right to the beach, and a shower at the entrance of the condos so you can rinse off before heading to the pool or back to the condo. There is an elevator and carts for all your stuff which was a lifesaver for us. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful time. The elevators were down at some point everyday which made getting our beach stuff down challenging but understand the work needed to be done!
