Reserved parking in the garage and 3 entrances into the condo for easy access. The condo has two master bedrooms on the first level, one with a steam shower and private foyer with fridge, microwave and bar sink in addition to the full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other, a queen with a writing desk. The loft has a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle for the kids or the extra people in your group. The living room has a comfort sleeper sofa which unfolds into a high-end, king bed. The condo has mountain views, TV's in the bedrooms and the living room all with Roku devices and Netflix, Max included. The local grocery store, Clark's Market is 100 yards to the north and the lift ticket office and ski lift are 100 yards to the south. Hiking trails and river trail are right out the door and Lulu is one of the only condo with a year round outdoor swimming pool, and also has a hot tub, BBQ and more. Quiet and private, this is a nice, livable home.

There is a bus that stops right next to the condo for a 2 min. ride to Main Street shopping and the FREE gondola or walk 5 mins to downtown Telluride for shops, restaurants and nightlife. The bus also stops at Town Park which is 5 mins away and where the festivals take place.

    Great location for skiing! The unit is quite close to lift 7, it was an easy walk. Having a covered parking garage is amazing since we got snow the day we arrived. And the ski locker is really nice. The kitchen was fully stocked - no issues there. I also like these old condos that have a thermostat in each room. I could have my room warmer while my friends could have theirs a bit cooler.A few negatives:- the windows are quite old and someone before us had left a few open. We had a hard time getting them closed and some we couldn't get closed at all! We didn't reach out to the host until the end though. I'm sure they would have gladly come get them closed for us. It made one of the bedrooms a bit on the cold side, but not bad enough that my friend complained until the end of the trip.- There was quite a bit of dog hair left on the couch. But the place is pet-friendly so I think it's somewhat to be expected. But if you are highly allergic, this might not be the space for you.- Some supplies were missing in the bathrooms like the body wash and laundry detergent. I'm sure if we had messaged the hosts they would have quickly replaced, but it wasn't a big deal to us so we didn't bother them. It's too bad that guests like to take this stuff.Note also that my GPS took me past the entrance. The entrance to the parking ramp is to your left as you are driving in before you get to the T in the road.Overall it was a great trip, perfect for skiing and the hosts seem really nice!

    WOW! The views from this condo are beautiful complete with a walking trail along the river right outside the building. The parking spot is perfect,literally straight into the parking garage.We had plenty of room to spread out and then gather together for movie nights and popcorn ( which our host provided) thank you. Clark’s market is just around the corner and gourmet. BONUS: our pup got to come on mini peak foliage vacay with us!We WILL be back .

    This unit had been very used. Lots of broken items and not working outlets. Just a little effort and money put into this unit would make it better. Simple things like, replace broken kitchen trash can or put hand soap in the bathrooms.

    Condo had necessities but was in poor condition. Old and in need of repairs and renovation.Was not notified about poor parking situation. Our one spot at the building was tight and neighbors complained that they couldn’t park because of size of our vehicle. Second spot had to park 1/4 mile away from the property.Stairs well to get to the second floor and then a long walk to get into the condo. Once inside two more stairwells to get to the top floor.We had a great time, great location but for the price I was expecting better quality than it was.

    We booked Neal's place for the Telluride Bluegrass festival and it worked out great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the festival and in a good location. The place was as advertised and accommodated our party of 10. Guest parking instructions were a bit confusing but worked out okay for us.

    Easy access to the lift and grocery store and Main St. Room to spread out. Cold and hot water are backwards which took a bit to figure out. Some really nice updates, some things that could use some attention. Accommodated our group well.

    Great location! And easy to communicate with owner - thank you! Be sure to bring your own hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash as there is none provided. I’m not sure the unit was cleaned before we got there :( and I would recommend only sleeping in the beds provided as the living room space is not very functional. But very convenient walk to lift 7 and the hot tub was enjoyable!

    Condo is undergoing a remodel and will be great when finished. Some nice features already. We enjoyed the steam shower. The host was very responsive when contacted about a couple of issues with pool access, door and lockers codes and extra towels.
