3 Bedroom Condo + Kid's Den Gulfside- Indian Rocks Beach

I stayed here with 2 other moms and our 5 kids (ages 5-9). It was perfect for us. Plenty of room to sleep - I would say it is 4 bedrooms. It was very clean and has an extremely well stocked kitchen. It also has 8 beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, etc. Location was great - 1 min walk to a beautiful beach and many great restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. The pool on-site was perfect and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and here and would recommend this location highly.

House was awesome, everything you need for a week at the beach. Great location to restaurants and shops and especially the beach. Owners provided a lovely, decorated home, were helpful with questions, easy check in and check out. It was a great stay and will definitely be back!

A beautiful condo right on the beach, great location close to a lot of great dining options. Jennifer and Patrick were very responsive and ready to help with whatever was needed during our stay! Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Great place for our family of 8. My 5 year old grandson was in heaven with the kids Bonus room. Everthing you could need was provided. Property owners very responsive and helpful. Close proximity to great restaurants and most in walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Beautiful beach, nice pool.

Pictures were as is. Plenty of space, super clean and the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc made the stay just that much better. 10000% would stay again! Restaurants walking distance as well as a very busy and good French bakery.

Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants. Easy check-in. Hosts are extremely helpful and quick to response. It was our second spring break at this cozy place and it never disappoints.

This was our first time vacationing in IRB and we ended up choosing this perfect spot. The condo was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There were beach chairs and umbrellas already there, we were thankful not to have to pack ours for the trip. The condo is just steps to the pool and the sand, so close we left our beach cart in our car the whole week. The condo is within walking distance to a coffee shop, several restaurants, and an ice cream shop. This a great condo in a great location, we hope to return!

Everything was real nice, loved the location to the beach and wonderful pool and hot tub! We grilled a lot, all the things we needed. Myself and 2 daughters and spouses, 3 year old grand son. Thank you very much!

We wanted a spot that would hold our family of 6 and that we could walk directly onto the beach from without crossing the road and this was it. The condo was spacious, the rooms and beds were nice and the beach was perfect.

Clean, roomy, hosts had guests in mind - large coffee cups and a wonderful outdoor space. It’s a “be back”.

Our stay was great. Great location, well stocked house, clean, many great restaurants close by, our whole family loved it here!

The condo was clean, well stocked , conveniently located to stores ,restaurants and the beach. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but the other two mattresses in the other two rooms were very, firm and hard. The beach chairs were new and there were 8 . Lots of toys, pool noodles, boogie boards etc. We would stay here again , but would love to see the mattresses changed out ! The kids den was a big hit with our Grandchildren !
