Stayed Nov 10, 2025This place was so well stocked, we didn't have to bring anything really. Coffee, spices everything. Laundry supplies. Only drawback was the stairs. Overall a great place to stay. Beach and shopping walking distance . Great ice cream shop by dollar general and C's waffles was a great breakfast spot.

Stayed May 24, 2025We had a pleasant experience staying here. The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The screened in porch was awesome during the rain storms & a great place for morning coffee & lunch :) I would absolutely recommend this place to my family & friends.

Stayed May 13, 2025Wonderful apartment within a fabulous community. Immaculately maintained, clean with modern appliances and furniture. All the extras from beach cart, chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, to hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster everything we wanted/needed for a beach getaway. With two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room. With so much to do in New Smyrna we are looking forward to a return trip.

All of the directives given were well established before we began our road trip & this made the check-in and directives easily accessed. The condo was inviting, clean, well supplied, and great location. The communications were prompt and we were very impressed with the location. Stayed Jul 13, 2024Sea Woods is a great neighborhood, and this condo is perfectly placed: a short walk to the beach or three pools, a short drive into town! It has all the amenities we needed and we spent a week of relaxation and fun!
