Welcome to Unit 121 at the Beach Club on St. Simons Island which offers guests and owners a remarkable list of amenities and provides everything you need for a fun filled or relaxing vacation. Beach Club has its own private boardwalk to the beach, where you can dig your toes in the sand or take a simple stroll down the beach. The community offers private tennis court and pool.
THE SPACE
From your balcony, watch ships as they pass by. Don't miss out on our local fresh seafood and take advantage of the grills located around the pool. The resort offers bicycle rentals so that you can take enjoy bike trails around the island and head into the village for shopping and dining.
Unit 121 is a corner unit featuring 3 generous size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Everything is one level living with elevator access to each floor.
The master suite has a king bed, access to the balcony, TV, and a master bath with dual vanities and separate shower and garden tub.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. TV
The third bedroom has two twins and its own private bath. TV
The living room also has a sleeper sofa.
Nice and clean, but not updated. Priced accordingly per the updates and convenience to beach.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, and Porch.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Thank you. The twin beds have some sort of plastic that makes a lot of noise. The floors were a little sticky and could use a little cleaning. We knew it needed a face lift so found that as expected. Enjoyed our stay.
This was our 2nd year in this condo and even better than the Ist! Love having 3 bathrooms with showers/tubs, so that each bedroom has their own. Love having smart TVs in each room for down time. Love being able to walk to the pool and beach. Love having an elevator so close and buggies to help bring up luggage. The only issue is the parking-beware the parking garage, and get a spot in the open if at all possible! Overall another fantastic family vacay!

Liked the size of the unit and having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Several items were below standard for maintenance/replacement; 1. Nearly all doors squeaked loudly when opening (WD 40 them) 2. Queen bedroom door had 1 of the hinges off the door frame, so not squared up. Had to loudly slam door to close it. Why did no one fix this obvious problem? 3. Sliding door and screen out to balcony were extremely hard to open. 4. No knifes in kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel 5. Replace all toilet seats - old, warped, paint coming off 6. Replace both twin mattresses, old and very worn out 7. Replace 2 couches, cushions sink down into the frames. Extremely uncomfortable
We loved our stay at your property. It was exactly what we needed for my family of 5. Our only complaint/ suggestion is to get black out curtains for the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. The lights from the hallway are very bright during the night.
Convenient location, great amenities. This was the second year in a row we stayed here. This year was better than last because they added new living room furniture and new beds in two rooms. We’ll look to book again in the future.
We had a great time. The property was very clean, but it really needs to be updated. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and it is apparent that work has not been done in a long time. There is no real view, but the pool is nice and the access to the beach is awesome.
We have stayed at Beach Club for several years. It is in a great location and the pools and facilities are top notch. We have never had an issue until this year. The gate code we were given did not work. We later found out that the wrong code was given to several others. Then we get to our unit and the door code did not work. I checked my emails and we were given 2 different codes....neither worked. I called several times before I finally got a person on the line who was rude....it was 100 degrees and we were standing outside for 20 minutes or more trying to get in. After that, everything was great.
Great location. Clean with no frills. Just what we needed for our spring break!
Check in was easy , location is great, short distance to pool and beach. Our family enjoyed it!
