3 Bedroom! - Complex is on the Beach with Huge Pools & Hot Tubs! Family's Love it Here!

Great location. Convenient walk to the beach. Nice views out of the windows. Easy elevator access. Overall a comfy space.

Fantastic facility that's right next to the beach. Pool, Hot tub, gym with a sauna. My family had an amazing stay and would absolutely do it again!

Everything was as expected. There was easy communication. We especially enjoyed the location. Some of the window treatments were a bit tired but they have already replaced a sliding screen and working on the blinds. We loved the bunkbeds for our grandsons. The beds were comfortable and we had everthing we needed for a nice pool and ocean visit. We would come here again.

Grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

Parking and pool and jacuzzi were awesome. We loved all the fabulous landscaping. Unit needs maintenance. Downstairs closet and shower doors fell off tracks. Both sliding screen doors did not work. Ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom did not work. Towel rack in downstairs bathroom fell off the wall. Showers were great!! LR carpet by entry way needs cleaned. Condo very spacious. Comfortable beds. Some black mold in downstairs shower under shower doors. No pantry to store dry foods. Great location for beach access and restaurants. Thank you!!

Guests included grandparents, son, two grandchildren 8 and 11 years old. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit, the balconies, the pool, and the beach. Beautiful pool and wonderful landscaping throughout the resort/village. Choice of good restaurants within walking distance. Check in and check out were very easy and parking was safe, Would be interested in coming again!

Amazing location and amenities were fantastic! We come to this property multiple times a year and are never disappointed. Right on the beach and walking distant to fabulous restaurants and retail.

Loved the amenities and how close the place was to the beach, surrounded by beautiful nature and flowers. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We did have a small issue with ants and found the upstairs bathroom a bit uncomfortable, but aside from that, everything was great.

This property is very old - obviously has not been renovated in 30 years. Blinds broken, screen busted out, towel bar ripped off the wall and not replaced, toaster broken, lamp shades falling off the lamps, main TV wouldn’t turn off unless we unplugged the cable box (now we understand why it was unplugged when we got there), and more. The location was great as advertised and the grounds of the complex were beautiful. The condo itself was extremely disappointing. I can’t imagine that the rave reviews were actually true.

Wonderful location for this 3 bedroom condo. The bunk room was spacious and the kids loved trying the top bunk! The balcony was great for viewing the ocean and the pool. We loved the grounds and our 8 year old grandson was sure we were in Jurassic Park. They loved feeding the fish, and our 13 month old loved running the length of the hallway! The kids enjoyed the various spaces this condo provided, as well as their own private TV. Mom and dad appreciated their upstairs suite with their private TV as well. We had a wonderful time at North Coast Village and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much for supplying a baby gate. It was a lifesaver!

We loved this property. Amazing floor plan for our family. The grounds make you feel like you are in a tropical location. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. The beach is literally outside the gates. My grand kids loved the pool, Koi pond, and Monarch butterfly area on the property.

Awesome stay for our family of 7 with 5 kids ages ranging from 3 to 15. Perfect location for us. Right on a great beach and the condo had everything we needed for beach days including the boogie boards, sand toys, pool toys, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers etc. The convenience of not having to pack or buy any of that was a major plus for us. We loved the upper balcony for dining with views of the ocean, the pool, hot tub, koi fish, and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the other amenities on site. We appreciated that the bedding was duvets for a cleaner feel. This place is a gem. We would love to go back!

The silverware utensils and cups dishes were less than desirable. The items should be refilled It was annoying to have too few items.

Wonderful condo unit, very spacious and comfortable. Offered plenty of amenities. We loved the large outdoor heated swimming pool and the extra large hot tub. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lovely Christmas lights all over. There is security walking around in the evening, very helpful with questions and made us feel safe. We used the outdoor grill 2x, very convenient for grilling burgers and chicken. This condo is right o the beach, GREAT LOCATION!!!!

My family of 6 (4 kids) and my parents had a great time at this property. We love, love this HOA and are always excited when there's an opening in one of the buildings. We utilize the putting green, the foosball table and the BBQ and swimming pool in the common areas. Being able to walk to the beach is a huge plus, and a short drive to Legoland are what we love most. The unit itself was good too. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. I was satisfied with the cleanliness! Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great weekend escape for our family of eight. There was so much room, and everything was well maintained and clean. You CANNOT beat this location. It was perfect and had so much to do that we will need to come back to utilize all the fun! The kids keep asking when we are going back! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful development right on the beach with gorgeous, lush gardens (“Hawaii style”), large resort-style pool and hot tub zone. Unit was unique in that it has 2 “adult” type rooms plus a bunk room with 6 twin beds. Perfect for two small families! All the beach toys. Great stay!
