3 Bedroom- Beachfront Condo with Beautiful Views of the Gulf

We had an amazing stay! The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to keep everyone happy. The only downfall ( and not one that would keep us from returning ) is the parking. We drive a Tahoe and were unable to fit it in the assigned parking spot due to the pillars and actual property size. However they have a solution as there is an overflow lot they allow you to park in that is walkable! Don’t let this detour you as the condo and location is worth it ! We will return.

The only nice thing about the property was the 2 things they didn't provide, the beach and sunset. This property is very outdated and cheep. The microwave sounds like it going to blow up when you use it. The Livingroom fan has one speed, noisy and slow. The living room TV has no volume and when the property owner final got back to me about the TV, they said they would have a new TV installed...The day we checked out, Thanks. As stated in their description, they provide minimal nothing. A vacation is supposed to be relaxing not wondering what kitchen items I need. Ok, so bring some stuff with you. I brought k-cups for my morning coffee. Nope, they provide a $10 dollar general coffee pot. I had to make especial trip in the morning for ground coffee. No one uses ground coffee, especially on vacation. Horribly property. Spending a little of the expensive stay money to upgrade for a better vacation experience.

Beautiful, clean condo. Bigger in person than it did in the pictures. Parking is tight and wasnt aware how tight until I got there. I drive a full size truck and couldn't park in the parking spot and could barely maneuver around the building, but it seems there are quite a bit of the same situations with other condo buildings in the area. They did provide another parking option but was up the road a little bit. They were quick to respond to messages, but seemed to be automated responses at times. Overall an enjoyable experience and nice place.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and newly renovated. We cooked on the grill and enjoyed the beach. The parking space was too tight for our truck so we parked in the overflow lot down the street after dropping our bags off. I was glad that they had an elevator since we had a lot of stuff to bring up and down. We would look forward to coming back here again.

Place and location were great! Perfect quiet area, felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Loved it!

We loved this beach condo. Having the elevator to access the 2nd story condo was awesome. The rooms were nicely decorated and the furnishing were very comfortable. The condo was well equipped with kitchen ware including a regular coffee maker and a kurig. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the location was amazing. We will definitely stay here again. If I had to add one note; if you don't like thick, firm bed pillows prefer a low profile pillow, bring your own.

All was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Kitchen was great. Would have preferred sponge. Also should list what type of coffee filters needed. Also would have liked two FULL rolls of tp. Otherwise PERFECT!!!!

Beautiful condo with lovely balcony to view the gulf. Could’ve used shampoo as there was none in the condo as listed. Also shower soap- improvised by using sink hand soap. A box of tissues, while not essential, would’ve been nice to have there. Would’ve been good to know that there was a k-cup coffee make, although there were no k-cups or other coffee there. All in all, the place was just as we expected and perfect for us for the beach wedding weekend. Would stay again for sure. Thank you!

New, clean unit. Given the cost, was disappointed with the overall value compared to other rentals in Manasota Key. Examples: polyester bed sheets; bath towels with bleach spots/stains; no beach cooler provided; no beach umbrella provided (and zero shade on the beach); no beach wagon provided; parking onsite is tight, is for one vehicle only, and overflow parking lot is 4 properties away.

This was by far the best beach house we have ever stayed in. It was so clean, provided everything we needed, right on the beach, minutes away from dining, and shopping. It felt like we were at home! The communication with Andrew was amazing! He was very responsive, and answered every question we had! We have already decided this is our new vacation spot for years to come! Thank you Andrew, for everything!

What a great location - a short walk to great restaurants. Balcony city one off the Master one off the secondary and a huge one off the kitchen/great room. Oh did I mention they all have gulf views. Comfortable furniture it was cold for the first few days so we didn’t stay out late the tv/satellite was a game saver for music or movies

This condo has clearly been repaired and newly updated since the hurricane that left the area with much damage. Properties on either side of this building are still in ruins. This condo is clean, spacious and comfortable. And steps to the beach! I would stay there again.
