3 bedroom Beach Tower at Ko Olina Beach Villas - Ocean View & Family Friendly!

The unit itself is in disrepair.. needs some maintenance. When we arrived there was dirty and broken glasses which the host immediately took care of. The dishwasher doesn’t clean properly.. glasses came out dirty and so did platesThe bathroom tub in smaller bath doesn’t drain so it’s probably dirtyPots and pans need replacing.. they are Teflon and we’re all scratched up which is not good for health reasons Shower drain plug comes off in master bedroom shower2bd bedroom queen bed.. mattress needs replacing-sinks into centre and the AC doesn’t work in this roomCouch is old and worn outBlack mold around kitchen sinkOverall it needs a refresher. It’s in a great location but is probably a revolving door of people coming and going and little care

Awesome stay at Ko Olina Beach Tower... The unit was in great shape, had plenty of room, and the views were phenomenal!! Great location, Ko Olina is worth staying at - especially with kids/family. Beach/cove was really nice and convenient. Definitely recommend and would return again on a trip to Hawaii.The host was great, didn't have a need to contact them during the stay, but the communication beforehand was very helpful.

Our first time in Ko Olina area and we enjoyed our stays in the beach, great condo with beautiful beach view from the balcony! Melissa sent someone over to fix the AC as soon as we called her! We enjoyed our time there and our best dinner was at Mina fish house! Thanks for sharing your place!

From start to finish, our interaction with Melissa was flawless. Check in was very quick and the property more than lived up to expectations. Even without asking, we were given an earlier check in and a later check out time that corresponded closely with our flights which was so generous and really was the icing on the cake to our Hawaii getaway. The unit is PACKED with all you need for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. We especially loved the wagon that made transporting all our stuff so easy. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfy. The view from our massive lanai was incredible. We loved watching the sky come to life in the morning and fill with pinks and oranges at sunset. The pool and hot tub were a hit for closing out each day after adventuring around Oahu. The bar had great virgin piña coladas and lava flows. We enjoyed looking at the coy pond and exploring the different coves. We saw all kinds of fish snorkeling in the cove right out front! We loved everything about our stay. Melissa was fantastic and gave spectacular recommendations for local food, dining, and entertainment options. We want to go back already! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental. It was really quite perfect.

This condo is simply amazing in every way and Melissa is fantastic. The condo is both ocean and pool view, the best of both, and is just a few steps from putting your toes in the sand. Melissa is quickly available by email if you have questions or need any recommendations in the area. We also appreciated that the marina provided opportunities for snorkeling and sunset cruise. We are already planning our next trip to this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful resort property, with its inviting pools, convenient beach access, and a spacious condo that comfortably accommodated our large group (ages 2-72). It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation after exploring the island. The condo's balcony was the perfect setting for early morning coffee and relaxed dinners, offering soothing views of the pools and ocean, accompanied by gentle ocean breezes. Worth the stay!

The property is in excellent condition and Melissa, the property manager, is very helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from our 2nd stay at this beautiful condo and it was just as lovely as our first visit! The unit itself was clean, wonderfully stocked and has the most beautiful view of the pool and ocean beyond. There’s nothing like having your coffee in the morning outside listening to the Hawaiian birds and ocean waves! We miss it already! Thank you for such a lovely stay.!

Absolutely amazing, with ocean views on one side and mountain views on the other side. This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. And Melissa took perfect care of us.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina. Our place was immaculate and fully stocked for us to enjoy the beach (chairs, floats, towels, etc). We checked out the Disney Resort next door and their lagoon. It was a night and day difference! Ko Olina was so peaceful while Disney has so loud and busy. If you are looking for a beautiful Villa with great views and conveniently located to the parking garage, pools and gym this is the one for you.

We loved Ko Olina and the Beach Tower condo. Everything was as described and we could not have been happier. It was our first visit to Ko Olina and we plan to go again. Thank you to the property manager Melissa!! She was great and always responsive.
