3 bedroom, 3 bath, indoor and outdoor pools, 2nd floor in gated Pointe Royale

Just a perfect stay. Front gate man evidently wasn’t in the holiday spirit full of attitude at check in but after that was perfect. Maybe some sort of gate provided for upstairs bedroom but again was perfect

It was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a huge plus. It was very clean and felt very inviting.

Loved this property! Super clean. The host was definitely on top of things. We communicated a couple of times and it was a very quick response time. Kitchen was fully equipped. Wish we’d had time to try the pool. This place has everything you need, even throws for comfort.

You can never go wrong with a stay at Pointe Royale . This was a fantastic condo. Kids loved it and a great location to do the Branson area. I'd definitely book this location again

We met some friends for the week and had a wonderful stay. We were able to check in early, which was nice due to weather. Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

We had 6 adults staying for two nights. The condo was clean and had the supplies we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. It is a little out of the way, but met our needs fine.

We were able to check in a little early as we wanted to set up for a tailgate when our kids and their families arrived. The condo was clean with plenty of space and bathrooms for 6 adults and 3 children. The host was super friendly to work with. We highly recommend and feel we received a great deal for all the amenities which were available. We will be back!

This was exactly as described online. We had no issues, the home is well stocked and very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice location.

Overall the condo was decent, needs new kitchenware as far as pots and pans, cookie sheets, Tupperware, the location is pretty decent as well. The community pool was very crowded most of the time and the workout facility is outdated. Overall it was a good stay but nothing spectacular.

We were here for a dance competition, this condo was perfect for us! It was clean, well stocked and bonus was the blackstone outside which we used multiple times!

Very nice, well kept condo. Perfect size for our family group of 5 adults and 4 children. There were 3 king bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so sharing space was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and basic essentials. Having a washer/dryer was also very convenient.

The property was very nice and accommodating. The only criticisms That I have are the exterior needs a little paint and the outside balcony needs a cover as every morning there had been water dripping on the seat cushions from the roof overhangs which made from to wet to sit on. Small issues. I would stay again. Thanks

Dish washer had a bad oder, and would not close and lock completely. Wasn't the end of the world stuff but all dishes had to be washed by hand. I don't know for sure but my guess is the filter in the dishwasher needs to be replaced, or cleaned and that would help with the oder.
