Stayed Jul 17, 2020The three bedroom unit was spacious and very well appointed. The room with the twin beds was practical for us. The suite very clean. The grounds were also well maintained. It was about a mile from downtown Key West, but in quiet area and easy to get to.

The rental has upgraded features - quartz counters, walk-in showers, comfortable furniture and upgraded appliances. Centrally located so it's away from the old town craziness but close enough to walk.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025The condo was very clean and location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to sites and events around the island. The extra touches of a turkey roasting pan and koozies were very thoughtful and appreciated.The only complaint we had were about the beds. They squeaked every time we moved and we’re not comfortable.Not sure if it was the mattress or the boxspring, but an upgrade would have made the stay perfect.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the privacy of the porch—it was the perfect spot to unwind, and we spent so much time out there. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful, yet close to everything. We were just so happy here. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Like other responses, the only negative is that there were no closets to hang clothes. We had a problem with the bathroom sink and the maintenance crew fixed it by the next day. Very clean and nice kitchen appliances. Loved the outdoor sitting area overlooking the water. Nice place to meet and enjoy a beverage. Overall, an excellent stay. Would recommend.

Stayed Dec 9, 2024Condo was spotlessly clean. Three bed three bath perfect for three couples. Awesome heated saltwater pool. Rented a golf cart to get around which is a great way to go. Owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Very easy check in/check out. Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Very easy, a couple of basic maintenance issues when we first arrived, they had someone over within 30 minutes who resolved the issues quickly. Unit was exactly as described. only complaint was the walls between the units were a little thin and we got to hear a couple of drunken arguments late at night.
