3 BDRM Modern Rustic Condo in Downtown Minocqua—Walk to Shops, Dining & Lake

Beautiful interior of the condo. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Plenty of hot water in the shower unlike what a previous review shared. We had 5 women who all were able to take a hot shower!

Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. Only issue was that there is no elevator and we had to haul everything up to the second floor via the stairs. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!!

Apartment was very well decorated and kitchen had all the amenities. Great downtown location. Entry carpeted stairs (many) were dirty. We managed, but would be difficult if physical challenged with luggage. Master bed was up against wall which made it difficult to get out for whoever is by the wall. There is no cable tv. You will have to be tech savvy and log into your streaming accounts. For the price, there are probably better options.

Loved the proximity to downtown businesses. So much to do within walking distance! The beds and linens are very comfortable. Nice open concept seating area to watch tv or play games with the family. Very clean and well maintained property.

Everything about the property and the booking process was exceptional.

Perfect 3 bedroom place to stay. Location is ideal, walking distance to everything. House was fully stock and comfortable. Dedicated parking spot so you don’t have to look for public parking. Very clean and new with nice water views too. Only recommendation would be to bring a white noise machine as you can hear some street noise. Not people but more just the cars and trucks. I would 100% recommend and stay again! We stayed as a family of 4, two adults, a toddler and an infant.

Came in for work for one night and this location was perfect! We heard music from across the street and headed to the fun. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and perfect for a large group. I wish we had more time to enjoy it. If you are looking for the fun downtown feel this is your place.

This is a perfect place to be in the heart of the Minocqua hustle and bustle. The whole family loved being able to walk everywhere, and the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
