Stayed Oct 12, 2025We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo is just as described on the listing and the easy access to the beach was wonderful. We did have a couple maintenance and fire alarm issues, but those were completely out of the host's hands. Everything was communicated well and handled efficiently with little to no disruption of our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and didn't want to leave. Hope we can come back!

Stayed Oct 11, 2025The view of the beach was unobstructed. The pool was clean and the host was nice. The rooms were unclean though. There was a packet of Ritz crackers in our room and an opened packet under the dresser. You could feel the sand in the bedrooms under your feet and crayons were under the couch. Other than the cleanliness, everything else was pleasant.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024The condo itself was great, just as listed and a great location right on the beach. They had several beach chairs, toys, and a beach umbrella that was a lifesaver! There were a few issues that were really not in anyone's control including two building wide fire alarms and the washer in the unit leaking into the condo below it, so we were unable to wash our sandy beach items before leaving. Not a huge deal, just annoying. Would definitely stay again though!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Came to Orange Beach with my wife and friends (another couple) for the first time. The condo is clean and very nicely decorated. The ocean view from the balcony is stunning. Check in was smooth. Kay is an excellent host and would respond to my (too many) questions very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks Kay!

Stayed Jun 25, 2024The property was great. It was busy and there were a lot of folks around grilling and swimming and relaxing just like us. Everyone was pleasant. There was no drama. No noise. No parties. It was great for our family. The only thing that aggravated me was the online listing. If it is listed for “x amount” a night I think it is very uncool to tack on SIX HUNDRED ADDITIONAL bucks in fees that weren’t mentioned to begin with. Fool me once….
