2nd Floor Retreat – Silver Sands #251 by RVA

Beautiful place with a private beach and a really nice clean condo. Had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Will definitely come back! Thank you.

Great access to a very quiet part of the beach. It is mainly residential north of the resort so there are very few people. Great for families with the pool, shuffleboard and mini golf. The unit is a bit older but has everything you need for vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place was good. However, our room was Horrible. The bed was so high, that we had to use a step stool to get into it, but that wasn't the worse part. It was so hard it felt like we were laying on a hard floor. The pillows were long and flat, and hard just like the bed. Hoping to at least relax in the living room, the couch had about an inch of cushion and was also hard and very uncomfortable. There was only 1 comfortable chair in the entire place. The tub was very narrow to stand in and had glass doors, so it made it even more awkward. A walk-in shower would have been much better. Our friends had a much better room and if we ever came back, we would look for something more comfortable. The people next to us were very loud as if they were in the room with us. On the day of us leaving we found what I think were sound barriers hidden in the back of the closet. It would have been nice if we had been told there was such a thing.

Old Florida vibe, but nice room, clean, great location. Not luxurious, but very nice for the price. Felt like we had our own private beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided was a nice touch. Room was clean, good layout, but could use a little update. First time in this area, it was absolutely beautiful! We’ll be back!

Having our own kitchen is vital - we enjoy making our own meals sometimes.A comfortable living area to relax after a day at the beach is great. Love the patio overlooking the pool area.

Reviewer Comments: This just confirms to me that you all don't have a clue what goes on. I notified at least a month ago that I was not able to stay bc of daughter hospitalization. I received emails telling me how to get keys and what to do since I was going to be a late arrival. Now I receive a review request. I request a REFUND since I was not able to be there and the place was not used. But I am sure that will go absolutely unnoticed! Get it together, people!!

We really enjoyed out stay at Longboat Key, the property was perfect. Every morning looking at the ocean is amazing. Property was clean and well maintained. The pool was warm and relaxing. We enjoyed the lounge chairs provided on the beach. It was quiet and tranquil. We loved our stay
