2nd-Floor Condo with Great View of Tennis Courts & Pool & Shared Pools

The most important thing to me was cleanliness of the property. We were not disappointed! It was a nice surprise to see how clean and welcoming the condo appeared. The washing machine did break down mid cycle. The property manager was very responsive and did their to manage the situation.

The price was wonderful, and the place has plenty of room for families. The pool is huge. The beach was visible from the porch.

We overall had a great time at Island Beach and Racquet Club. The walking distance to the pool and beach and other amenities was great at this condo. It is the closest to the stairs, but the furthest from the elevator. This was not an issue to us as our family is relatively young. We liked using the stairs. We had a nice view of the tennis courts from our windows. This condo did have some issues though. We vacationed at Island Beach and Racquet Club when I was a kid and this home looked pretty much like how I remember the condos back then. The kitchen appliances look from that era and need updating. The price is the same as other condos that are newly renovated. There is not an ice maker, so be prepared to buy bags of ice. The cleaning staff did not adequately clean before we arrived, so we had to run to Dollar General to get supplies and reclean to feel comfortable. If updates are not an issue for you and you do not mind carpet, then you will be fine here. The beach was wonderful and we loved having pickleball! In fact, our family had a pickleball tournament with our group of 41.

The condo is a bit older and could use some updates, but we feel like the value of the stay for the price was wonderful. Close to the beach, centrally located and close driving distance to anything on the island. Super easy check in and check out! Washer and dryer, easy parking, great kitchen amenities. We loved that there were 2.5 bathrooms for 3 rooms! If you’re looking for high end, this isn’t it. But if you’re poking for cute, easy, cozy, and great value, you won’t be disappointed.

Nice place needs a little updating. A few problems when we got there but management handled. Easy access to beach with short walk. All in all was good.

The house was nice, the process was easy, and we had a great time. We had a maintenance issue that was easily fixed.

Loved everything about this rental! The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed for the week. Plenty of room for our group of 5.. felt like we were the only ones in the complex for most of the week and when the owners of the other condos arrived they were very sweet neighbors! The walk to the beach was great for our group of adults and teens, it could pose a bit of a challenge for a group with littles. The pool was wonderful and they were in the process of remodeling the pickleball courts! All in all, the entire complex is beautiful and it’s in a great location on the island! Vacasa’s customer service is in a class of its own, check in/out was an absolute breeze! Thank you for a 100% stress free week! We will most definitely be returning!

This condo was in a great location. Located close to a lot of activities. Area was nice and quiet. We had everything we needed to last us the weekend. Check-in and check out was easy. We had a great view of the ocean front the front balcony. Would stay again.

Overall, it was a great stay for the price. Encourage you to bring your own cooking items and linen for the beds. It did accommodate our family well. Still Family
