2nd-floor condo with beach access, in/outdoor pools, hot tub, sports courts, AC

Our stay was great.

The rug was stained and dirty. The couch and love seat were also stained. The bed must be older because it had a hump in the middle. Shower curtain needs replaced.The facility itself was nice with a lot to do and the grounds were well taken care of.

The unit was overall okay. The AC did not go lower than 70. The hot water did not stay hot long, had someone come look at it but couldn’t fix the issue. The furniture was a little dirty, along with the floors not being cleaned well. Other than those three things the unit was good.

This condo was lovely and well-stocked for our short stay-we were able to make simple meals and snacks easily. Furniture was comfortable and everything was very clean. The beach and pool entrances were a little bit of a walk as this unit is in the back of the complex, but it's a huge bonus that the complex hallways are enclosed so you get to walk from your room in the shade instead of blazing sun. We had a great time.

Our third year at this resort and it's our family's favorite vacation spot. First time in this unit, and it was very cute and cozy!

Although the condo was not up to par. The pools and easy access to the beach was great.

Overall not a bad place to stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and the unit is tastefully decorated. This property does have an elevator, but it is not located very close to this unit. This unit is also a moderate walk to the beach. The kids were happy that the outdoor pool was open during our stay. They enjoyed the slide. Just wish there would be an easier check in/out process that didn’t involve 2 stops for each. We also received several different check out instructions, so it was difficult to figure out what all needed to be done before we left.

Sweet little space with lots of big memories.

Booked it for Easter week 2025. We enjoy staying by the ocean but anticipating the water would still be on the crisp side we were happy to find a place that had an indoor heated pool. The unit was clean and cozy as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen hardware. The unit is located on the far side of the property so bring a cart to haul your beach chairs and stuff to the sand. The beach is clean with plenty of space . Will definitely book again.

It was more than I expected. I was impressed by the layout of the unit. I loved the balcony. We were able too see the ocean from it. It was very clean. We tried to leave it in the condition we found it in. Only one thing the shower head didn’t work well. The outer door shutter got stuck and we were unable to get out for a while. Overall our stay was a good experience. We are looking forward to staying with you again! Thank You!!

We had everything we needed and a fully stocked kitchen. We had some minor problems with the sliding door in the living room not working but we could still get to the balcony from the bedroom. Beds were very comfortable and my teenagers had a great time on the property. Would stay again.

The area was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We probably would not stay in the same unit but would definitely stay at A Place at the Beach again.

Property was just as listed, you could see the inlet from the front door, indoor pool and beach view from balcony. Only suggestion would be to add a step stool for the shorter person ?. A moderate walk to the beach from condo, as this property is closer to the resort office. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and my 6yr old son had a blast ?️♥️.
