Stayed Dec 31, 1969Thank you for sharing your home with us. It's a great place. Loved the views and convenience to ocean. Kitchen had everything except reg. coffee maker ( had Keurig). Vacasa sent someone out within 1 hr with brand new coffee maker.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit was cleaned and well maintained. Everything worked. This unit over looks the pool. We were happy to have an elevator. We enjoyed the screened in porch off the living area and the porch off the bedroom. The small screened front area is handy for beach stuff and we used the w/d off that area.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024View was great and pool was refreshingly cool on our very hot days. Convenient to grocery store and marina. Parking is an issue with only 2 passes though. Hard for family or friends to visit for lunch or dinner. They got a warning violation each time they stopped by for a visit. So not sure we will stay again for that reason.

Stayed Oct 19, 2023The place is decent. Has been renovated but obviously had some problems with the flooring. The view is great. My biggest issue was the cold showers. We were there from Thursday to Sunday. Thursday when I got in, I wanted a shower. It was cold, after fishing Friday and returning to yet another cold shower I sent an email to vacasa. The reply said this unit did not have hot water. We'll that's disturbing so I sent another email. Get a call from the manager Saturday evening while at dinner that apologized and sent maintenance over. Apparently it was just a tripped breaker. I should have checked.

Stayed May 6, 2023After numerous calls to Vacasa regarding our tv connection, on the fourth day of our week long stay, I finally called Spectrum and was told the cable was disabled and the owner on the account had to call Spectrum requesting connection . After my fifth call to Vacasa relaying this information, I was told once again, someone would get back to me, nothing was done. Needless to say, we will not be using Vacasa again. Very unprofessional and lack of communication with their customers. Maureen
