2BR Penthouse Condo - Beautifully Renovated - Spectacular Lake View

The view of the lake is stunning. Clean, comfortable space. You can tell the owners care above their property. The grounds and area around the complex were clean and well cared for as well.

We booked this condo for my adult son and nephews. This is an absolutely wonderful get away. The location is in a beautiful, gated community, and the condo is right on the lake. The view from the back porch is just gorgeous. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you'd need. We would definitely book again.

Great condo. Beautiful views. Entrance into the gated community is VERY strict so make sure you forward your driver’s license and license plate info ahead of time. No elevator and 4 sets of stairs to get to the unit. Branson Bay Marina in the development is very hard to get in touch with so make arrangements for your boat trailer elsewhere. We rented a campground spot at the state marina for 16/day and left our trailer there.

We had a great time and the condo was beautiful. We enjoyed some lovely sunsets from the balcony and could truly relax - it was nice and quiet. It is about 20 minutes from the strip which was nice for getting away from the crowds.Make sure to click the link to register your car for parking! I neglected to do that but Lisa was so gracious to hop on a call and get it taken care of for us.Only feedback would be to have the fans in the bedrooms tightened up. We just turned them off and had the air on. Kitchen had all you need and nice to have options for coffee - keurig, regular coffee maker and press. Bathrooms had really cool sink bowls. Oh, and in case you are worried about the stairs - the ground level is 2nd floor so it is only 2 flights - easy to do! We would definitely rebook this place!

My husband and stay in this condo last summer and we fell in love with view. It is right on the lake. My granddaughter saw her first Bald Eagle as he swooped down and caught a fish right in front of us. It was a beautiful sight. This condo does not disappoint. It is always very clean. Lisa the owner is great to work with even though we did not have any problems what so ever. I highly recommend this condo if you like to have a cocktail and watch the boats on the lake after a day out.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The condo was nice with an awesome view. There was an issue checking in but the host was helpful to get it resolved.

We have stayed here multiple times in the off-season. Always enjoy a quiet week, beautiful lake view, close to Branson for dining out. Very comfortable condo. Exactly as described in listing.

The property was lovely and as advertised but we had quite a lot of trouble getting thru security at the gate. The owner was very kind and helpful but we were not able to get ahold of her or the alternate contact provided for about an hour. Although we submitted all information required security would not allow us through.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. The beds were super comfortable and we were able to rest well between our activities in Branson. The gate system to get into the community was a little annoying because the license plate scanner never worked and we had to call to the gate agent each time we came and went. The stairs getting to the unit were a bit of a challenge for my father in law as the unit is on the 4th floor, but at the time we booked it wouldn’t have been an issue. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Branson.

Condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great view off the covered patio. Are activities included things downtown Branson, SDC, and Top of the Rock so the location was in the middle and worked out very nice. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful area to stay in. The condo was close to everything Branson has to offer. Very spacious and cozy, views were wonderful. Manager was very quick to respond and easy access into the condo. It was extremely clean and so quiet. Will return here again!!!!

This was a very clean and comfortable property! We appreciated the extra items left in kitchen for our use and lots of coffee options. The view from balcony was wonderful. The bed was super nice with soft bedding and lots of pillows. We had no trouble entering at the gate or issues with noise. We would definitely stay again!!

This place is just beautiful. Right on the water so the views are just picture perfect. The sunsets are spectacular. The condo is located 10 minutes away from just about everything. The place is very clean, the bed is very comfy, and it is stocked with anything you may need or forgot. Lisa even suggested the golf cart tour at The Top of the Rock which was a blast. We hope to be back next spring.
