Perfect property to explore downtown lake placid at a reasonable price! The walk is a bit uphill but took around 8-10mins to reach downtown. Clean and stocked with kitchen supplies. Thanks for our stay!

Easy to find, close to town. Our only deception was the noise from around. Thanks.

This place was great. Perfect location , easy parking and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was 15 minutes away from the place we were hiking as well. The place was great itself. Two bedrooms and a nice bathroom as well. Good size living room and very clean. I highly recommend this place i definitely would stay here again. Also they responded to any communication very quickly.

What a great place and location! We truly enjoyed our time here. A quick, 2 minute drive to the downtown area (it would walkable but it was too cold for us) and 15 minutes to Whiteface. All amenities were great - comfy beds, great kitchen and spacious bathroom. Our host was super responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend. (When you book this location, be sure to immediately book a reservation to Lisa Gs - you won’t be sorry but won’t be able to go without a reservation. We would also recommend White Bear and the Pickled Pig.)

The location was perfect - at most 5 minutes from everything - as was the apartment! It’s cozy, extremely clean, and looks exactly like the pictures! Karen was very accommodating, happy to let us check out late. Such a wonderful getaway, would love to stay here again!

The stay was fine, my biggest issue was that the advertised location was drastically different from the actual location. We know the town well and we wanted to stay in a specific area which is why we booked this place… but instead when we got the address it was in a different neighborhood all together and was down a steep hill from where we wanted to be, making our trip less walkable with two young kids.

We booked for Ironman weekend, so my review is through that lens. The location was great, close to town. Fair warning, the road up to town is steep which was tricky with our kids in a wagon, but it’s short so no big deal. Private parking was great and access to unit was simple. It’s part of a building with many other units, but everyone was there for IM, so no noise complaints.Inside is definitely small, but it worked as weren’t inside very much. Furniture/beds are very basic and not super comfortable, but fine for the weekend. We were up in town most of the time anyway. The air conditioners kept the place nice and cool!Kitchen was ok, had the basics, but if you are going to cook real meals, I would look around when you get there to make sure you have what you need. We only cooked eggs in the morning.Bathroom and shower etc were good. Clean, no complaints there. When I booked it, I was looking for pet friendly. This was advertised as pet friendly. After submitting, I learned only certain dogs allowed (non-shedding). Not sure if it’s still listed as pet friendly, but our dog ended up staying with relatives elsewhere.Overall, you’re paying for location and a clean place to lay your head at night.

Good proximity to lax fields and downtown. Unit overlooks auto repair shop. Unit was pretty comfortable. Lack of air conditioning in living room/kitchen was a bit uncomfortable as it was very hot. Beds comfortable. Lacked enough towels for a three day satay with 4 people. Quality of towels was poor. Not a fan of shared toiletries. Overall stay was good but a bit overpriced.

This is a great location for a family of 4. 15 minute drive to the mountain, walkable to some restaurants, and 2 minute drive or longer walk to main street. The accommodations have everything you would need for a winter stay at Lake Placid.

The condo was lovely, clean, and accommodating with amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located to attractions. The hosts were gracious and hospitable with helpful information about dining and activities. If we ever visit Lake Placid again, we would stay here again.

The property is very nice. Its located right near a restaurant. The only downside is that you have to walk up a steep hill to get to town if you want to walk. Other than that I couldn't have asked for a better location.

Stayed for a quick couple nights, with easy access to the Adirondack Loj parking. Spacious and cozy. Will return next time we tackle the northern High Peaks. Grocery store (Hannafords) and numerous restaurant options are only a few minutes away.
