Welcome to our two bedroom Main St. Station condo in one of the best locations in all of Breckenridge! The condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably and the location puts you in the heart of the action any time of the year. Guest can walk to the Quicksilver chairlift and be on the slopes in minutes. The shops and restaurants on Main St. are a walk away. Amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, garage parking, and a ski valet!



The Space:

This 2 bedroom,2.5 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a full size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The family room, dining room, and kitchen share an open concept. The family room has a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and access to a small balcony overlooking The Village. The couch is a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and there is a dining table with seating for six.



The amenities at Main St. Station are some of the best in Breckenridge. Guests will be able to use the swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna and ski valet. The condo comes with one covered parking spot. There is a free bus stop at the entrance of Main St. Station so a car is not required.



Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom condominium and one garage parking space. Guests also have access to the building amenities including the indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, and ski valet.



The Neighborhood:

Main St. Station is located just off of the intersection of Main Street and Park Avenue in downtown Breckenridge. The location is between the Quicksilver Peak 9 ski lift at the Village and Main Street. The best part about Main St. Station is that it is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street!



We are at the base of Peak 9 (across from Maggie Pond), less than 250 yds from the Quicksilver Super 6 Lift and less 250 yds to the Ski School.



Getting Around:

From the condo, you can walk to the ski lift, restaurants, bars, shops, and even the grocery store. The local Breckenridge Free Ride Bus has a stop for the Blue and Brown routes at the entrance of Main Street Station. Uber/Lyft is also available.



Other Things to Note:

Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the condo is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.



Front desks are available only for check-in and check-out purposes. They can assist with questions related to amenities such as hot tubs and directions around the complex. The front desk cannot assist with maintenance or cleaning related issues.



Please note the Pool Closure for maintenance and warranty work from September 26th to October 10th.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note, the hot tubs and pool are available daily, while the steam room and fitness center are open 24/7.



Parking Fees

$35 per night for paying guests.



Guests can pay for parking via the Breck Park website, app, or onsite kiosk in the garage.

    The overall experience was very good. Communicating prior to the week of stay was limited to a couple emails, even when I sent messages using the Expedia app. But the week of the stay they send a booklet of info that was extremely helpful and thorough. It was clean, with a few small areas that were not so great. There were a few items that were dented and broken when we got there that we took pictures of and sent in. It’s situated in the best area of Breckenridge in my opinion. The overall property was great. Would definitely stay there again.

    Our stay was short this time but allowed us to confirm we would stay again due to how nice the place was and where it was located. We walked all of Main St and had so many options for dining, shopping, unwinding, entertainment, and views. The fresh snow made it that much better. Close to chair lifts and even walked down to take the gondola ride up and down for more views.

    We were on a girls trip and had a blast! The condo was close to everything, shopping restaurants and more. It had everything we needed and was a great place to stay. When returning to Breckenridge we will stay again!

    I think that the property manager isnt doing the owners any favors. As a VRBO host I think the mattresses need a lot of work as the pillows. The property is in a great location we only received two small bottles of shampoo and the coffee is an old out dated machine (try Kuerig). Overall it was a nice stay and great location.

    Location was excellent and had access to everything. The second bedroom was almost too hot to sleep in. Master bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Those two things need some work.
