Stayed Jun 19, 2026Double booked the 2 bedroom king room so then they put us in 2 studios kings which looked like regular king hotel rooms, there was no toilet paper and 1 towel in one of the rooms. The TV was hanging crooked looked like loose blot on the brackets. The bedroom felt like a boxspring instead of a matress and was sitting a foot away from the ac unit. The bathroom sink didn't drain unless you unscrew the cap on the drain. The towels were stained and there was hair all over, and the door to the outside had an inch gap under it. The blinds on the window didnt do a very good job of keeping eyes of everyone walking by out. There was cigarette butts goose poop all over the first level walking area. All the trashes outside were full and heaped over. None of vending machines worked the ice machine was on 3rd floor of the building next to the one we stayed in, the floor in the rooms looked ok but walking barefoot in there for a minute and your feet were black and dirty.

Stayed Dec 28, 2021Missing remotes for 2 TVs, toothpaste splatter on faucet, sofa bed was broken and screws falling out, very uncomfortable, food under sofa. Den wasn’t big enough for 4 people comfortably. Very disappointing!

Stayed Nov 25, 2021We had a wonderful time visiting our daughter in Branson, MO. Our condo was clean and newly renovated. The location was perfect for us . We would definitely stay here again. Barbara is very accommodating and she takes care of business! They serve a lovely breakfast each morning of your stay! P.S. If you are an Elvis fan you have to check out the King Penthouse and the King Condo's they have available to rent....love me some Elvis!!!
