Stayed Jul 19, 2025First impression of this Condo was pretty good with a few exceptions. As we walked in, there was a nasty odor in the entryway. It dissipated after day 3. It smelled stale, or perhaps like something had spilled out of a garbage bag near the entrance before we arrived. I spritzed the area with air freshener that I travel with which helped. The one other cleaning issue was the master bathroom shower wall tile, which I found to be disgusting. The grooves in the tiles are holding dirt and a noldy substance. If I would have had some good shower cleaning spray, I would have definitely gives those tile wall a good cleaning, but we weren't in the condo much, and didnt want to bother calling in this issue while we were staying there because of time constraints. The shower floor was very slippery and that was a safety issue for us with bad knees. I bought a small, non-slip pad to stand on just so we wouldn't risk falling each night. The smoke detector went off at 4am the 1st night and maintenance came the next day and disconnected it telling us that they must have purchased a bad batch of smoke detectors because he had been getting several other calls each day about other units chirping as well. It was an annoying thing to have to deal with in the middle of the night. The detector in the master bedroom wasn't even in the outlet! There must be a float problem in the wash machine, as it would only fill a couple of inches of water in it. 2 loads turned into 6 small ones.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We loved Branson and this condo was perfect for our family of 5. The amenities were great for my husband and I as well as our teenagers. The grounds and the condo are very clean and well kept. We thought the location was nice. We will be back.
