Stayed Oct 30, 2025We enjoyed our stay at Ervin’s. The property was clean and neat and well organized. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. The property was as pictured. Ervin was very quick to respond and communicated effectively. The location of the property was ideal. We were about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The beaches were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 2, 2025The condo was just as described, and the check in/check out process was easy. Would have preferred that the thermostat not be limited to 70 degrees (didn't need to set it at 65 degrees but a few degrees cooler would have been appropriate), but other than that, it was great.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024We had a great time at this property. It’s a perfect location and within walking distance of a publix and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and one of the best stocked properties I’ve ever stayed at. My only negative was the pool is not kid friendly. I wasn’t aware this was more of a retirement community. The pool rules were extremely strict. Be prepared to gently enter the water and peacefully push through it. We ended up leaving and going to the beach so it wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for someone else. There are several beaches not far away and was our initial plan. We came in between 2 major hurricanes and thankfully found a beach that was open. The unit itself was perfection and the owner was extremely prompt in answering my questions.
