Place was very nice. Large and comfortable. Communication was great with host. We ran out of Kleenex the next morning after arrival, no extras in place, ran out of paper towel, no extras in place, no napkins, and also washer and dryer but no laundry detergent. Floors were dirty, could not walk barefoot as your feet would get filthy. Extra trash bags would have been nice as there was only one and it filled quickly. It would have been nice to have larger towels for the pool area, the bath towels were think. Most of these issues I feel are with the cleaning crew and shouldn’t reflect on the host, but there should be a check and balance system in place to ensure everything is in order.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Perfect for relaxing and feeling right at home. Ervin (host) was professional, kind, and very accommodating, making communication easy and the entire experience seamless. We’re truly thankful for such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

We had an awesome stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The washer and dryer came in really handy during our stay.The Shorewalk complex is beautiful and in a great spot. The local grocery stores (Aldi and Publix) and restaurants (Applebees and Outback Steakhouse) are within walking distance. We took a few photos when we arrived, but the place is even nicer in person.Ervin was great host, super responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for everything!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, even going the extra mile to recommend some amazing local restaurants (which we loved!). You can tell a lot of care has gone into making this space comfortable and welcoming. We're already planning to return in a few months, and we’ll absolutely stay here again if it’s available. Highly recommend!

Great condo! Very quite complex. Internet was spotty but I think it was the rain and no fault of the owner. Just glad my husband had a hot spot because he had to work. Stayed here while my son was at IMG for camp and would stay here again! Great location, clean, well stocked.

We loved the location of this condo. It was well situated and convenient for everything we needed. Within 15 minutes of multiple beaches and the Condo was spacious and immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ervin's condo. The condo is beautiful and modern. The complex has 2 pools, pickleball courts and is about a 15 mins drive to the local beaches. It's also within walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurants. We plan on coming back in the winter and we will definitely stay with Ervin again.

Very clean, beautiful furniture and such, the picture of the lanai was different then on the VRBO, ceiling fan in living room we couldn't figure out, an instruction book would be great .. communication was excellent with owner, overall a wonderful stay- one of the best I've stayed at!Commini

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious condo. The unit was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities were wonderful. Everything from the pools, hot tubs, pickleball courts, and clubhouse staff was top-notch. It was also in a perfect location, close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Property was on the second floor, which was not disclosed until after I had reserve the unit and received the address, seeing that it was unit number 201. In addition, it was described as having a “stunning waterfront view”, what it actually was was a retention pond full of algae with an inoperable fountain. I enclosed a photo. The apartment was nice enough, but it showed signs of where and there were a few things that were broken or that just simply didn’t work. The property was dated, but at one time was probably very nice. It was very clean, but my wife and I, being in our late 70s, With some health issues, did not like climbing the stairs. Further, no one would ever want to sit on that balcony looking at that retention pond full of algae. The only stunning part about it was that we were stunned to see how unattractive it was.

The condo was better then the pictures and the host was very kind. We had great time using the onsite amenities. The clubhouse staff was super friendly. We are already planning on coming back in the fall.

Would stay there again

The condo was very clean, updated & perfect for our family! The pools were clean and well maintained. The only issue we experienced was the very rude member at the pool grilling us on why we were there.

Love the beautiful condo! Condo was decorated beautifully with comfortable beds. Great location to everything and the beaches were just a short drive away. Also the complex and condo was very quiet. Had a very peaceful, relaxing time there! Really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again!

The condo unit looked as promised and was clean and well- equipped. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler were a huge asset when going to the beach- I cannot stress this enough. The King bed linens were thin, too small for the mattress, and the down comforter in the master was very heavy for a warm climate. Perhaps a thinner king blanket would help create a better nights sleep. However, I would recommend this condo- great location and good space for a family- we spent a lot of time on the screened porch!The Shorewalk property evidently does not participate in a recycling program- which is hard to believe in 2025. This is environmentally backwards- and something that really bothered our family..

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. It's conveniently located to shopping, dining, and the beach. The pools are very nice - plenty of chairs and clean water.

We love our stay. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. Everything is very close (grocery stores, restaurant, shopping, etc.). We loved the fact that we could used two different pools onsite and we also visited the local beaches. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit family.

Property was everything we imagined from the listing, close to shopping restaurants and water access. Host provided immediate assistance when we contacted him. No issues in renting this villa.

This was one of the best VRBO condos we have stayed at! The condo was clean, spacious, and exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having our kids at IMG Academy, the washer and dryer were incredibly helpful for keeping up with laundry. Ervin checked in on us during our stay, which we truly appreciated. The condo's central location was perfect, and we even walked to nearby supermarkets like Publix and Aldi. The heated pools and jacuzzis on the property were a highlight for our family. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we visit the area!

Very nice unit but disappointed in lack of dish soap, paper towels and full length mirror. When getting ready for special events a mirror would be appreciated but otherwise very happy

We loved the layout, cleanliness, and layout of the condo. Beds were comfortable and access to pool was great. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Our only real concern was lack of towels. There was only one towel each,no beach towels,and 2 hand towels for 6 days. We would have done laundry but the dryer was definitely not working. It made everything hot but never dried it. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Clean, quiet, appeared to be newly decorated and very tasteful. Central location 15 min drive to beaches or Robinson preserve-which we really enjoyed, it’s a beautiful place to kayak, bike or walk. We enjoyed our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the unit. It was clean, looked newly updated, and had all the necessities for my trip. I will rebook when I return to Bradenton.

We had a great relaxing time. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location is very good. Beaches /restaurants about 10 mins away and a Publix really close. Erwin responded super fast with any questions we had. Loved it!

We had an excellent stay in this beautifully updated apartment. Only thing really missing from the apartment were beach towels for use by guests. We spent most of our days on nearby Anna Maria island but being so close to all the restaurants and stores was a big plus. We enjoyed bbqs by the pool most evenings and the entire property never felt too crowded, even when the holiday weekend arrived. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
