2BR Condo | King Bed + Shared Rooftop + Dogs

Host was very responsive and th location was perfect for visiting downtown or heading up Old Mission.

We traveled with 2 dogs & property was pet friendly. Beds & furniture comfortable. The unit needs a deep clean. It’s obvious the cleaning staff is doing the bare minimum. The master tub needs scrubbing & floors need to be mopped. I clean the area where I feed my dogs after feeding them & it was very obvious the floors needed a good scrubbing & a swiffer under table & beds. Host was excellent & responsive. Will definitely book again.

Location was a tad bit further walking distance as expected. 20 min walk to downtown area but beautiful walk. The floors were dirty, my infant walked around for 10 mins and his feet were black. Other than that everything seemed clean. It was a nice stay! We would book again

The location of the property was nearly perfect. However, the floors seemed very dirty, you need to wear socks or shoes inside. The TVs are completely horendous. You are REQUIRED to sign into your google account to install any new apps or perform any updates. The TVs are also very slow and the apps often crash. We had to restart the TV every day of our stay. The water heater is also not the best and your are only able to get about two showers in before having to wait for the water to heat up. The listing photos are also different. It claims to be a king bed and twin trundle but it is a king/queen and a full bed. Overall disappointed with the stay, especially considering how much I paid.

Everything was as represented. Check in and out was seamless. We had a good time.

Practical place to stay in Traverse City

Great spot close to downtown!

A few hiccups. We traveled with our daughters and spouses plus dog.

The unit and common areas were spotless. Nice design, easy check in and out. Tons to do in Traverse City.

Amazing clean easy ck in and close to downtown!

Nice place, good location but a few details that you need to know. TV setup stinks. The main room TV was terrible. Would not connect to internet most of the time so you had to reset every time. Then the internet signal would not allow you to ‘cast’ so this TV was useless. Had to use a computer in order to watch TV in the main room. One other main concern was the noise from the unit above. When we arrived, it had ear plugs everywhere. Did not understand why at first until someone moved in the unit above up. You could hear every footstep. Unit was clean and had all the essentials, very dog friendly but the TV situation and noise was very irritating.

My friend and I decided to take a weekend and relax. Found this property and loved how close it was to town. We enjoyed wine during the day, walked to dinner both evenings and relaxed at night. The best part, at last minute we added an extra night and it was very easy to add. Thank you again for the great weekend!

Very clean, close to downtown, well appointed with comfortable beds. On site parking - would stay here again ;)

Liked the modern decor, comfortable beds, spacious living area and bedroom. Big walk in closet came in handy. Issues - fridge water filter expired, TV difficult to operate and no cable TV, kitchen chairs need tightend

Large TV had trouble connecting to the internet. No one had occupied the unit for some time. Ice cubes had evaporated to mini cubes. Up stairs terrace had no view and no maintenance. Over priced

The place overall was nice and close to shopping. The pull out couch had crumbs inside when we unfolded it. Luckily we travel with an air mattress so we were able to set that up in the living room instead. The tv in the living room wouldn’t work 100% of the time. It either wouldn’t turn on or if it did it wouldn’t connect to any of the apps even when it was connected to the internet. There was also only one closet, which was located in the main bedroom that we all had to share. It wasn’t terrible but sometimes a bother to keep going in and out while others were trying to get ready.

We had the best stay. The condo was perfect, clean, and in a good location. Riley was available to answer any questions and her communication was amazing.

Overall we had a great stay. We liked the distance to downtown Traverse City and the walkability of the neighborhood. Across the street The Blue Goat has great wines! The Potter’s Bakery which is about .3 miles away has great donuts and the sausage biscuit was amazing. Would stay here again.

We came for the cherry festival and stayed a week. We enjoyed the ease of the location walkable if needed yet we could even catch the local bus. We use this as a great launch point to many of the other areas from Petoskey Charlevoix all the way up to Mackinac Island, the great bear dunes, wine tasting and so much more. We could see the 4th of July fireworks from the patio as the crested just above the trees.

Overall it was a nice stay. The facility is clean. The TVs are really slow and struggle to work. The rooftop terrace is wonderful. It is close to a beach and park. There is a lot of noise from the Front Street traffic.

The stay was nice. We stayed in the first unit next to the main entrance. It tends to be a decently busy door, especially if you have a pup. The door does not have a slow release to it so it slams shut after every person. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, check in/out was super easy, close to ice cream/shops and food, decent areas to walk our dog. Ice maker said it needed its filter replaced and wouldn’t produce ice until it was replaced which was a little inconvenient to make drinks. The apartment was located perfectly for our trip itinerary. Would definitely book here again!

All of the parking spots are too small for anything bigger than a compact car. If one unit had not been empty, allowing us all to shift a bit and make room, someone would have had to park on the street in the neighborhood behind the building. Also, we heated the oven to cook a frozen pizza and it created enough smoke to trigger the smoke alarm. Please clean the oven to save the next guest that surprise.
