Your Space
Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept living area designed for gathering after a day at the beach. Large sliding glass doors lead directly to your private Gulf-front balcony, complete with outdoor seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A breakfast bar seats 3 guests, while the dining table provides seating for 3 more. A hallway bunk area gives younger guests their own cozy space, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. The unit also includes designated covered parking, helping keep your vehicle protected from the sun and rain throughout your stay. one of the two parking spots is a covered designated parking spot that allows you to park in the shade and never have to worry about getting caught in the rain.
