2BR / 2 BA Oceanfront Dream in Brigantine !!!

A quiet, peaceful space with an absolutely amazing ocean view. Clean property and friendly atmosphere. Love the fact that there’s a lifeguard at the pool. Had a great stay, even through a hurricane.

After VRBO access code did not allow entry to property, called owner and he accused we were too early and that check in was 4 when it was actually 3 on VRBO. Finally he gave us code to lock box to gain access. Move in was great with shopping carts. Nice apartment setup with extensive balcony and view of dunes and ocean and fully appointed kitchen. Minimal essentials and VRBO should indicate to bring towels as well as sheets. Very strict rules- no babies in pool as no diapers of any kind allowed. No key provided to access outdoor rinse area. Be aware walk to beach is much longer than other Brigantine beach access. Relaxing on balcony with sea breeze and ocean view was one of our favorite parts. Unfortunately, as we drove home owner called us that there was no key left in the lock box and questioned if we forgot to leave it. After telling owner we left it as instructed he just said, I'll have to take your word for it. Too bad we ended on such a sour tone!

We had a fantastic time at Kyle’s property. The views are wonderful, so relaxing. The neighbors were kind, which is not always the case when you are renting with kids. The pool with lifeguards was definitely a plus.

Great location! The condo was very spacious and the balcony was like adding another room to the place. We already miss the pool and all the surrounding tables w umbrella’s and lounge chairs. Hope to rent this condo next year. Thanks Kyle!

This is beautiful condo sitting right on the dunes and Ocean! The views are breathtaking and they are through the condo. The spacious porch was a favorite for all mesmerized by views of the ocean. . The beach and pool easy access from the condo. The brigantine beaches are beautiful and serene. If you need a little excitement,Atlantic city is a drive over the bridge! Don’t miss out on this beauty! Kyle the host is very gracious , answered all our questions! So helpful ! We highly recommend this condo!

The condo was great! Clean and comfortable with anwesome ocean views. Close to the beach and had a great pool. Kyle was a great host!

This unit had everything we needed for a peaceful week at the beach. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the pool was quiet and relaxing.

Condo was clean and extremely comfortable. Location was gorgeous and relaxing. Only issue was we lost AC one day due to AC workers touching something outside that knocked our AC out. I was able to open the thermostats and finally found the reset button but owner was quick to respond to schedule repair. Thankfully it wasn’t necessary. Place was great and relaxing

We stayed for a week, in September, at this well taken care of, extremely clean condo. Kyle was so patient & helpful helping a non savvy senior with the TV system. Views from the inside rooms & balcony brought total relaxation. The elevator & carts make it easy to bring luggage upstairs. Spent hours relaxing on the balcony enjoying the ocean view in this quiet peaceful condo.

Very clean and spacious condo. Place has everything you need. Beautiful beach front property overlooking the ocean. Great views at night on deck. Kyle (owner) was extremely pleasant to deal with. Master bed and bathroom had a ton of room (as well as view of beach). Don't hesitate to book this property. *****
