2BR 1bath Condo! Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Great value. There is a park and fishing dock across the street. My son’s caught fish and we saw dolphins from the dock.

This condo was wonderful. It was clean, safe, quiet. There was coffee pods already there for the keurig, not just any coffee but quality, delicious coffee- such a nice touch. This location is not super walkable to stores or restaurants but if you have a car or use beaches transport options, it’s only 5-9 minutes away. It was very comfortable, modern yet beachy accommodations. We will return! ?

Condo was clean and very comfortable for our family. Short drive to the beach, has a nice sized pool at the condo. The owner provided information for nearby attractions. Onsite laundry is a plus especially for the beach trips. Would book again

We checked in to seemingly clean property. However we immediately realized the description of the property was inaccurate. It listed having three bedrooms with three beds and a pullout couch, however the property only had two bedrooms and a pullout couch. A bit annoyed with the inaccuracy but we accepted it and pulled out the mattress to find dirty sheets on it! Host did correct the issue. We also didn’t have enough bath towels for the three of us, but host was very responsive and fixed that too. I’m not sure how clean the bathroom and shower was, there was black mold around the toilet. The listing also had listed it was walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but that was not true. Positives: plenty of beach gear. Responsive host.

Dirty underwear under one of the beds, garbage, dead roaches on pullout bed , blown light bulbs through hpuse broken closet doors, backed up kitchen sink( did get fixed)

Super nice condo with everything you need,beach cooler,towels,and toys for the kids to use at beach,would highly recommend.Walking distance to beach and shops and places to eat.

This was very spacious and clean. The host is very responsive! Great girls trip!

The location was great. We didn’t walk to the ocean, but we could have in under 15 minutes. We preferred to travel to a different beach each day. It was nice to be able to go north to Clearwater or south to Fort De Soto Beach—and all of the beaches in between. We also loved having the tennis courts across the street to play pickleball at the end of the day. The pool was clean and another perfect way to unwind or spend time before going to dinner. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a work trip. The unit was clean and comfortable. We ended up renting a car due to the distance of the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great! Accommodation was very nice. Worked well for my families vacation.

We were in town for a wedding. It was a great location and around the corner from the rehearsal dinner. When we had additional questions, Craig was quick to respond.

Beach themed 2nd floor apartment was perfect for a girls get away. My friend and I fit well with each having our own bedroom. Location does require walking up 14 steps to 2nd floor. Most bottom floor units still not open due to hurricane damage in fall of 2024. Pool available only part of our stay due to maintenance. Location close to beach, and dining options. We would stay again for sure!!! Thanks!!

The property was clean, convenient, and comfortable. It was everything as promised!

We choose this property because it was close to the beach and close to my daughters Boyfriends place as well. It was very clean, smelled nice. Perfect for our short weekend while we looked for an apartment for my daughter to move down to the area.
