The house was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and easy to navigate.

This was such a great little place right on the boardwalk! Parking was easy, and we loved that we could walk everywhere in Bethany without ever needing the car. The unit itself was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen felt fresh and modern. What really stood out, though, was how quickly the owner responded—she answered my questions right away, which made everything stress-free. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

Terrific location and fantastic outdoor showers. Apt was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and as presented in the pictures online. Owners were very prompt & helpful in their instructions and in answering questions. Only downside was that the wicker dressers in the bedrooms and the wicker cabinets in the main bedroom & the living room smelled very musty (maybe this is just a beach housing thing, I don't know).

We had a great time! Great location, great weather, great accommodations! I highly recommend this to anyone with a small family. This place has everything you will need. Caroline (owner) is very responsive and checks in to ensure that you have a great stay.

The place was great! Stayed with my husband and 1 teenager. Very clean, updated and neatly kept. Communication was timely and very good. It is not a large space, but that is addressed in the property details. We don’t come to Bethany to sit inside, so the spacious deck and the few steps it took to be right on the beach made this the perfect space for us!

The place is in a great location. Literally 2 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes the town center

Perfect location with great parking! While the apartment is small, it has everything you need and parking is excellent with wonderful walking distance to downtown.

Great to work with Caroline, who promptly answered my Q.s. prior to travelling, location right on boardwalk, steps from beach is ideal.

Enjoyed our brief stay in Bethany. The condo was clean, well equipped and on the boardwalk. So close to everything. Owners were super nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!!

This rental was lovely! Literal steps from the beach, and clean as can be. It was perfect for just two of us. The only drawback is not due to the owner. The people staying downstairs had a dog with them that liked to bark at everything and woke us up early our first day. Communication with Caroline was responded to promptly. I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed at the west Bethany property and we were so thankful for Caroline and Jeff. They saw that we needed a change of rental and it was last minute because of another canceled reservation- they called us and saved our thanksgiving. We had the best time. The house is perfect. Thank you!

It was our first time visiting Bethany Beach, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Having the convenience of being able to walk to stores, restaurants, and the beach made for a most pleasureable time. We also apprecieate the quiet beach that Bethany purports to be. A wonderful long weekend.

Condo just as described. Well stocked kitchen and nice laundry room. Great access to beach and boardwalk. Perfect for two couples or small family that prioritize easy parking, access to beach, access to boardwalk, and cleanliness!

Would be very convenient for a parent with a little kid. A bit dark and not ideal if there is rain and you can't get out although ggreat for proximaty to beach and boardwalk.

We enjoyed our visit at this property. It was a great size for us (2 adults and 1 child). The location is perfect and quiet. The condo was well equipped for the stay and the owners were helpful and very responsive. We would be happy to return to this property on a future visit to Bethany!

We stayed for one night from Friday to Saturday. Our condo was ready early which was great for my little grandson. Enjoyed all the shopping opportunities. Had donuts for breakfast on Saturday which were warm and delicious!
