Newly remodeled bathrooms, floors, and interior painted on March. 2024, a very spacious(~1300 sqft) condo with 2 Bedrooms + Private Den/2BA in the Ocean Park neighborhood. 4 blocks to the gorgeous Santa Monica Beach and 3 blocks to Main St shops & fine restaurants. Free Internet and 2 secured parking.

The space
Welcome! The two story suite has been newly remodeled. It has 2 bedrooms + Private Den and 2 bathrooms. It also has a cozy living room, patio, and brand new furniture andappliances. It's designed to feel like home and has that warmth of character.

Your rooms: 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed; another bedroom with two Twin beds. Each bed has duvet comforter and extra pillows. There are two private full bathrooms each with shower, tub, hair dryer, toiletry, and extra towels. Living room, dinning table and full kitchen make you feel at home. The space can comfortably accommodate 7 adults and child

Parking: two off-street, secured, underground and FREE parking spaces. If you park on the street, please make sure to read the signs because Monday is street cleaning day.

    The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.

    The laundry was not just coin loaded but was QR code operated. That was clutch. Great place, plenty of room for everyone. Neighbors were very friendly.

    Great location, easy to get to everything including LAX. All rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms. Fans were provided which worked better on the 1st floor than the 2nd floor where it did get a bit warm one night. Kitchen was minimal but that was OK since we didn't plan to do any cooking. Very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given the location.

    We enjoyed a lot this trip. The house was very good located. It was big and with a lot of space. The neighbourhood was very calm and peaceful. The host was very kind and very helpful. He answered very fast, that was very useful.

    Host was responsive, place is big, walking distance to restaurants and beach, but the beds were barely sleepable because they were so cheap and soft (especially the downstairs bed). Also they use toxic detergents to clean everything so if you’re at all sensitive to chemicals be warned. Also the house was very dirty, the floors were cold and dirty and the back patio area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Very little care went in to this place. Old cheap pots/pans, cheap couch etc. If all you care about is having 3 bedrooms and being able to walk places then it’s good for that.

    This is a nice quiet apartment just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were big and the apartment was very well equipped. Close to Santa Monica and the pier, Venice Beach and all the attractions, restaurants, bars and beach activities.

    Our stay overall was good. It started off with we had requested an early check in. That unfortunately was not available. No big deal. We walked to the beach. But were told the host would contact when house was ready. When we hadn’t heard from him we just started making our way back to the house. It was already 30 mins after Check when we finally heard from the host. House was kinda clean. You can tell it was in dire need for a deep clean. Very dusty. Finger prints all over the stove, fridge and windows. There was dust in all corners. The work station chair was broken. There were no luggage racks in any room. The upstairs room closet to the bathroom the electric outlet was broken. The house had no AC. We had to take out our own trash and recycle. And to top it all off we felt like the host was trying to get us to check out early. Sent us messages on how they had a family coming in the next morning. We didn’t checkout early. We left at 11. I probably wouldn’t book here again.

    Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. This was a perfectly good base for our family of four (two teenage girls). Thanks FJ.
