We had all the basics and the amount of space was just fine for a couple. Our landlord Petri was very responsive and completed repairs immediately when requested. The only concern was the extremely small and less than adequately equipped kitchen, which obviously is not a problem for folks who don’t cook much. My negative feedback concerns the overall environment. The condo complex is much more geared toward longtime residents than short term visitors. The main issue is the noise of barking dogs and crying children along with inadequate sound proofing. This part of Surprise is very commercial and very close to busy, noisy roads. The area is somewhat in decline. We didn’t always feel safe walking or biking in the vicinity of the condo. However it is centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants.
