2Bedroom Indian Rocks Beach Condo-Steps to Sand!

Great location for beach lovers! Unit was very well appointed. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Beach towels, umbrella and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Rented bikes down the street. Rode, ran and walked every day. Amazing sunsets every evening. Beautiful beach literally 20 steps from our door.

Perfect location on the beach, well appointed condo and very responsive owner. Felt like having a private beach most days. Walkable to local restaurants.

We were very disappointed with the condo. The unit in my opinion is sub par compared to any other VRBO that we have used. The unit needs some TLC. We contacted management immediately for our issues, they took care of the immediate issues but this unit needs some maintenance done. Dishwasher had issues, no bedspreads, table in family room was dirty, only had dishes for 3 people, coat hanger was broken, along with several other things. I feel like I paid more than it was worth.

The home was perfect for waht we were looking for. On a quick spring break trip with 2 little ones, we were able to quickly get in and out and the convenience of walking straight onto the beach was unparalleled. There is everything you need in the kitchen and overall the space was just what we were looing for. Walkability into town is simple, and it is nice being on the narrows where there just arent as many people!

Clean condo with great location. Just steps from the beach. Property manager checked with us through out the stay to make sure things were going well.

Layout is a little unique but place was perfect for us and we couldn’t be much closer to the beach!!!

Found roaches on day 2 of my stay. This place is literally a motel. Cheaply put together and poorly maintained. Dirty floors. Beat up drywall. Poor layout. I would not stay here again if it was offered to me for free. Not sure if VRBO will let me share pictures or not but I will if given the chance.

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for just the two of us. It's very welcoming place to stay and nice attention to detail. The communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend for a couple or small family. We walked everywhere. It was a great relaxing stay.

Check in was seamless. Literally a minute from the beach. Cute little town. Not super busy like other beach spots.

Wonderful place! The unit was ideal clean, comfortable and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping . Beach was beautiful! Property Management was easy to communicate with. Definitely will rent again.

We had a great stay here! Location was fantastic - right on the beach, and very walkable to restaurants. Quiet and calm. Dino was extremely responsive and a joy to communicate with. The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were especially wonderful!! Would highly recommend the stay.

We had a great stay at this property. Ocean is literally steps away. Quiet beach area with a lot of good food options in walking distance. Property manager was very responsive and was a great help with any questions.

It was nice but not what i was expecting from the pictures. No we didn't have to walk far to get to beach, but i thought we could walk out our front door and be on it. Understand with all the damage from storms that wasnt possible. It was nice overall and if we ever go back, we would consider staying there again. Thank you for everything
