Stayed Jul 26, 2025STAY AWAY - master bath shower is useless and has zero water pressure. DO NOT RENT THIS ONE!! Master bedroom (beach view room) has FAILING A/C. We were forced to all sleep together in the other room, despite having paid for a 2 bed/2bath unit. We notified Host in writing on day 1 and instead of fixing the issues he asked us to cancel and find another place. TERRIBLE HOST. And then strung us along the entire week, we finally had to give up and we went back home early.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025This was a great property. The property manager was very responsive to some minor needs, helping in a timely manner. My one suggestion would be that it was not previously reported there would be a 90.00 charge for fobs to enter and exit the facility. Also, the wrist bands issued are understandable , however other places we’ve stayed the bands could be removed. All in all, a very well appointed rental, with all you need provided for a pleasant stay.

Stayed May 3, 2024The best part of this property is its location. Right on the beach with a view of the ocean from the 15th floor balcony. From there it goes downhill: - Coffee maker did not work - Some of the electrical outlets (one for the TV) did not work - Blender only had the base (no pitcher) - Not much to do (restaurants/bars) within walking distance - One used sponge in kitchen; no dish cloths - No shampoo/body wash
