2BD/2BA Condo w/4 FREE Water Park Passes at Splash Harbour Waterpark

Is not bad ,the owner was helpful the day we arrived .The water park passes really nice .The view from the balcony is beautiful.What is falling is the cleaning crew.The place needs a decent deep cleaning.The floors where dirty.One off the beds in the second bedroom had dirty sheets .Still same mark on the carpet someone else mentioned in another review.The patio furniture needs to be clean oh updated.On the front closet they have beach chairs and other items.Same thing everything dirty and broken.The showers and the kitchen are the only areas being cleaned.Really sad because the apartment is beautiful.I was upset the first day at night when I realized how dirty was the floor .Even more when I was trying to put my son to bed and find the dirty bed .

This property has a great balcony overlooking the intercostal waterway and docks.

Espectacular place to visit

Beautiful place. Owners were very responsive. Nothing to complain about the property. Convenient location, perfect condition. Will definitely visit again.

The place was very cozy and really close to the beach. It had a great view of the harbor and was super relaxing. I did not receive my arrival letter but when I called the number given the owners were extremely helpful and texted to ensure I made it. It was very well equipped and very clean. The beds were super comfy and had plenty of seating on the private deck. The only complaint I would have is the elevators could use some air conditioning! Will be booking here for years to come!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Property was clean, well stocked and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, beach, CVS, beach shops and trolly stop. Kids enjoyed the water park. I like that this property looked out on the water instead of the water park. We enjoyed watching the native birds and boats. The master bath door locks didn't quite work but my young kids don't understand the meaning of privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking for cleanliness and convenience.

We had a great time staying in this condo! The location was wonderful, the amenities fun, and the hospitality was great. The owners were so friendly and helpful whenever we reached out with questions. They had a lot of ideas on where to eat and what to do. Our family really enjoyed staying here. Thank you!

Communication with the host was excellent! The weather was the only bad thing about our stay (out of anyone's control), but the great part was our location! Even though it was cold, this property is centrally located, so it was easy to go up and down the coast visiting Clearwater Beach and Madeira Beach. There is a great Aquarium in Clearwater and our kids loved riding on a pirate ship near Madeira Beach!We opted not to rent a car, so we could easily take an Uber or the local trolley to the places we want to to visit. Depending on your departure, this may not work as there would be nowhere to stash your luggage if you have a later flight (just an FYI).Luckily, the first day the weather was warm enough and we were able to enjoy the water park! We had SO much fun there! It's small enough that the kids could run around and go on the slides and in the pool and lazy river. They also have food and drinks there that were delicious. The beaches are stunning and we enjoyed visiting those (even in the chilly weather)! Restaurants and shops are within walking distance and are easy/safe to get to.This was a very family friendly place and I recommend it if you are looking to visit this area.

Everything was great! My family and I enjoyed this little home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. Communication was always there with James. The front door handle turns upward to open NOT downward They had very good instructions and well prepared. Everything was clean and handy. The place was right beside the elevator so very convenient to the garage and pool. Water park was perfect for us only wish it was open a little later. Couple of notes from the wife...... need a full legth mirror and a fan outside. Thank you for a great vacation!

Wonderful stay with the family

This was our second stay at Harbourside and we really enjoyed this unit. It was well maintained and had plenty of supplies on hand (trash bags, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing machine detergent, etc...). The waterpark is great for the kids and we love being able to walk to the beach and restaurants.Great communication from the owners. We would stay with them again.

We stayed during spring break 2025. Still very family oriented & well managed. Great host too.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was cozy and a great location, beds were clean and comfortable which is always a plus, there were ample beach supplies- some need replaced from normal wear and tear. Overall the check in process was seamless and the owners were very available. We would stay here again. The kids loved the water park and pools and we were in very close walking location to beaches, restaurants, and everything we could need. It was a very family friendly area! We were in close proximity to the Phillies spring training and downtown clear water all while enjoying the slow pace quieter area of Indian rocks. My only suggestion would be for a more stocked kitchen we were missing some basics we needed. Otherwise this house was amazing!

We had 3 other families staying at other properties in the same location. We all really enjoyed our time here and with each other. Highly recommend for multiple families if you can’t stay together in a house. Lots of fun with nearby restaurants, taking the trolley to Madeira and other places, and of course the water park. The place was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Thank you for an excellent stay!

My family and I spent Memorial Day Weekend at this unit. We live in Tampa and wanted a break by the beach. This unit has a beautiful view. Loved how close the beach, restaurants and Water Park were. Easy check in/out. We will be coming back again
