Located off of Camelback Road, east of Old Town Scottsdale and just south Fashion Square Mall in the Maya Condominium community. 2 bedroom/2 bath condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. The condo is on the second level (only a half flight of stairs off street level) and features a private balcony, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood, and tiled floors. The Maya Condominium community features a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and laundry rooms. Pool is heated from November toMay typically.
10-minute walk from Old Town Scottsdale. Condo is within driving distance of over 20 different golf courses in the area.

Both bedrooms are suites. Bed 1 has a king bed, Roku TV, dresser, walk in closet, private bath with tub/shower combo. Bed 2 has 2 twin beds, Roku TV, dresser, and a remodeled step-in tile shower. All beds and bathrooms come equipped with all linens you need. Large outdoor balcony, covered and has large fully retractable shade you can lower to block sun and give full privacy.

There is one designated covered parking spot for one car only. Guests with a second vehicle may park on the street around the condo complex.

The home is equipped closed loop heating and central air. The thermostat is located in the main hallway. The HOA changes from cooling to heat mid November and then back to cool the begining of March.

Pool is typically heated from November through May. Pool hours are 8am-10pm. No glass allowed in the pool or hot tub areas. No drinks allowed within four feet of the water. No glass allowed in fitness center. **Any violations to these rules, as set forth by the community, will be passed directly onto the renter. The owner bears no financial responsibility for violations by renters.

Across the street from Sprouts, Starbucks, Pasta Brioni, Zips Sports Bar, Pizza Hut, Wok N Roll, Pressed Coffee, Clancy's Pub Pizza and Grill, TJ Max, Petsmart, Tesla charging stations, PedalJetz E-Bike Rentals and For Nails Only nail salon.

    Wonderful experience. Property was older however the unit was upgraded and very clean. I never walk without shoes in rentals or hotels but here i did! Host would answer my messages within minutes. We had a hard time finding it in the dark, signs are not lite up well

    A group of friends and I gathered for a conference hosted over the week at a nearby resort. This VRBO was perfect! It was 1 mile down the road and super convenient.     Recently stayed here while visiting a friend who lives in Old Scottsdale. This place is near every store/restaurant/highway imaginable. Complex was very quiet both day and evening. Apartment is exactly as pictured so luckily there were no surprises. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices, pots, pans and bowls. Beds were very comfortable also. Great communication with the owner - very responsive in a short amount of time. Would definitely rent again when coming to town.

    Nicely and comfortably appointed condo convenient to Old Town Scottsdale and other Phoenix-area attraction access, only about 15-20 min from the airport. Plenty of shops, restaurants and carry-out within a few blocks’ distance. Communication was clear and we had no problems.

    We were overall very happy with the place. It was perfect for my husband and I and our son and daughter. Pool was great. My only complaint is that the AC doesn’t get turned on until April 1st. Great location to old town and to the stadium.

    Came out for a birthday getaway. Unit was very clean, well supplied and pleasant. Large patio with a power blind. Pool was very nice, owner communicated very well. Great location in Scottsdale, close to old town with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Your choice of gocery stores within a mile. Would stay here again.
