The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and its own flat-screen TV, creating a private retreat. The guest bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone enjoys their own entertainment space. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers for a spa-like experience.

One of the condo’s highlights is the expansive screened-in balcony, offering partial views of the bay and sweeping island vistas—a peaceful setting for reading, dining, or simply soaking in the coastal breeze.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

Just steps from the beach, Marina Towers also features a heated pool and hot tub overlooking the bay, perfect for sunset swims or quiet afternoons by the water. Located at the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach, this condo combines privacy, proximity, and picturesque surroundings for a truly memorable stay.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh pink gold shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The NEW Big Carlos Pass Bridge at the south end near Marina Towers just opened to automobiles and bicycles, but removal of the old bridge continues until May 2026. But, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a short walk across the street from Marina Towers. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
