Stayed Oct 6, 2025We had an 8 night stay and it was so comfortable. We all felt safe and relaxed. Our flight from AZ arrived at 10 AM so we requested an early check in. Joanna was quick to respond with permission allowing us to unwind after our travels. Cleanliness was top notch. They provided a washer/dryer and dishwasher! The little things that made our stay so comfortable included availability of paper towels, ziplock gallon bags and scissors. It’s those little extras that you forget about until you need the items. We look forward to staying again here soon!

Stayed Dec 1, 2024We stayed almost 3 weeks while our home in Boise was getting new floors. The condo was equipped for a long stay with wonderful mattresses, attention to renter needs, and a slick process or checking in. The manager also accommodated some of the special needs of my handicapped husband. Very welcoming and understanding.

Stayed May 2, 2024Absolutely loved the home. It's small, cozy, very clean and felt new. It is a 3-4 minute drive to some great restaurant along the scenic Greenbelt. Property was easy to access and JoAnn was very responsive. Only downsides: the patio is very small (can only fit 2 chairs) and I, personally, did not feel safe walking to the Greenbelt because of the neighborhood. Overall, a great property to stay in!

Stayed Aug 8, 2023Was right in between the office and conference center. The property was in an older part but had lots of new construction as well. It was very quiet. The internet was sufficient as we worked in the evening. The washer and dryer were fantastic to have on-site. Albertsons was close to get some food during our stay. The property manager checked in with us and TrueType cared that everything was as expected. Great property.

Stayed Oct 6, 2022Enjoyed staying here while in Boise for family weekend. The 4plex is brand new and beautiful inside. The location was perfect while visiting my son and BSU. The host responds quickly to all messages and makes the process of check in and out simple. We walked to the river as well as Cinder Winery just down the street during a little bit of down time. Thank you for a great experience.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022It’s so adorable and well decorated. Clean and cozy. The host was great and quick to respond. The check in was extremely smooth. We would 100% stay again. Coffee station was great and appreciate the thoughtfulness. Close walking distance to greenbelt and loved that! Wonderful all around!
