Reviewer Comments: We have been traveling to the Madeira beach area for over 20 years and have stayed at these condos, but never in this specific unit. We booked later than we usually do and didn't have many options, so we decided to move forward with this one. The unit was clean and well furnished. However, the building itself has gone down in quality. The elevators are old, take forever, and shake on certain floors. I also don't agree with the unit's a/c 72-degree max policy. It was very warm in the night and as native Floridians; we are accustomed to sleeping with the a/c at the temperature that we please (typically 70 degrees at night). There was a sign below the thermostat that clearly states that dropping it below 72 will freeze the unit and repairs will take 24 hrs. We had a weeklong stay during a holiday (4th of July) and its very uncomfortable to not be able to get good quality sleep because you have to worry about the a/c freezing over. At the price we paid, just sounds ridiculous to have to worry about. I would suggest adding that in the property's description, so renters are at least aware of the rule. I also didn't appreciate the SunHost agent forgetting to give us the key fobs when we checked in, made the check-in process pretty miserable when we had to depend on others to open the elevators with their key fob. I wasn't even offered to have them dropped off. When I called the office, I was told to come back and pick them up because I need them to get around the building.

The balcony was the best of both worlds with a beach view to the right and the street view to the left. Sunhost people are always great to deal with. We've stayed in multiple Sunhost units over the years in this same area and will do so again.

Loved everything about this place! My only suggestion would be for someone staying a whole month like myself that more toilet paper trash bags dish soap etc be provided for the long stay. Also a crock pot would be nice to have to cook meals as well. I loved my stay and the property was amazing!

It was my wife and I and our 2 kids. We could’ve put both of them in the 2nd bedroom with 2 beds, but we brought our blow up mattress and put our son in living room. No problem.

a very nice place to stay. The condo is clean if we had an issue called management and they were there within 20 minutes. The location is great in the beach is beautiful.
