I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great choice! Being across from John's Pass made everything so easy. I could walk to many restaurants and shops and could sit on the balcony and enjoy the music from the Bamboo bar. I hardly ever drove anywhere. I highly recommend !

Stayed Sep 6, 2024When we arrived there, we had no clear direction as to where to check in. After stopping at two different offices both of which made us feel inadequate of finding the right location. We finally found our office and was sped thru check in and only to discover around 7:30pm we were not issued key fobs!!! We finally got ahold of the manager on call and we were gratefull for her bringing them to us however we lost 1.5 hours of beach time on our first night. We got settled and started to enjoy our vactation. the third day i beleive we had a package sitting outside our door that wwas not ours!! but a nasty note was left on our door indicating that we are not allowed to have deliveries and we are to keep the sand on the beach and not on the hand rails!!!!!!! WTF we are on the ocean. we did not have an exceding amout of sand anywhere, we rinsed off before coming up to the room. my mother worried all night thinking it was her fault and we were in trouble. sad way to spend one of the 3 nights she got to enjoy a vacation. we did recieve an appology for the note but damage could have been avoinded if said person knocked and asked us if package was ours and address the sand face to face. overall nice condo but the service will stop us from using this VRBO again.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a week, the apartment is like home from home but within a few footsteps of a great pool, beach as well as bars, restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: Over all a good experience .. rental was clean and well appointed..nicely decorated..very safe quiet place .. downside was they turned the water for the building off TWICE.. 10am to 4 pm.. and the internet and cable TV needs UPGRADING..

Stayed Nov 4, 2023Good property with good amenities and good location. Looking away from the beach did not upset us because I knew about it. The noise from the bar across the street was loud but again we didn't have a problem with it. Nothing to complain about. We had a great vacation and would rent this apartment again.
